I stopped by this Starbucks on the way to take my child to school, and I had such a great experience. The service was excellent — my order was ready quickly, and everything was made perfectly. You all know that I really like me some Starbucks. This is a friendly and clean Starbucks. The wait time have always been great for me. There is a barista there and I believe her name is Kaylae, she makes my drink just right. This young lady is always friendly and appears to enjoy what she does. I like to try different hot lattes to see if I get that burst of flavor and I do when Kayla makes it. If your drink isn’t the flavor that you’re looking for let the Baristas know. This is where I stop for my break when traveling through this town. I know I may not get the same Barista each time I visit but thank you Kaylae for making my hot lattes. I like to add cinnamon and Carmel drizzle to my hot lattes, OMG!

I have been to this Starbucks twice now, and my order has been right and fresh each time, the workers I’ve encountered have been so nice, and the drive thru line moves pretty quickly. Both times have been early in the morning before work, but they are very efficient and friendly. I even had a nice note on my drink on my recent order. So glad that there is a Starbucks location here!

I have not tried the coffee. The sandwiches are great! My favorite would be the ham and cheese crossiant. I just bought the bacon egg and cheese crossiant and it’s . Its good for your morning fuel.

I have been to this location 4-5 times and waited until today to leave a review. All but one of my experiences have been negative in some way. Most of the staff are rude but sadly, in West Memphis I’m used to that. Today I ordered a large iced coffee & a grilled cheese sandwich. They told me they were out of grilled cheese sandwiches. So I asked what they had and she listed off different options. So I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich. When I got to the window she said “sorry we’re out of that too”. I told her just give me the drink and when she handed me my large iced coffee she said “oh sorry we’re out of straws”. This is not the first time I’ve been here and they’ve been out of something. Last time I went I ordered a large/venti iced coffee and they were out of large cups. Customer service is bad- but again that is on par with West Memphis. But whoever is ordering your supplies isn’t doing their job! Do better Starbucks!

All I wanted was a Starbucks coffee with cream and sugar. The line took 20 to get a cup of coffee. When I got my coffee $4.82. I don’t know what kind of coffee but it was not Starbucks coffee. Not sure but so sad water down and ask for cream got milk in a cup. Now I don’t mind paying for Starbucks coffee. I do mine fake coffee begin serviced to me as Starbucks org.
