I truly appreciate the level of service at Starbucks — the staff is always friendly and attentive. During my recent visit, I ordered a lemonade, but my drink was mixed up. However, the team noticed the mistake right away and quickly fixed it. That kind of prompt and professional service is what I value about Starbucks.
Unfortunately, the taste of the coffee has never been quite right for me. I’ve tried it in different states and cities, hoping to find a version that suits my preferences, but it still doesn’t quite hit the mark. That said, I do respect the consistency and the customer care across locations.

i ordered two bagels, toasted, with honey and butter today. the order was prepared quickly; service was pleasant. when i got home, i had bagels, butter, but no honey. how hard is this to get right? The request for honey (as well as butter) is printed on the receipt!

I don’t know what the deal is. I started going to this Starbucks when the other one I went to closed. There for a while, the drink I would order was consistently so good. I noticed, though that a new person in the mornings has started making the lattes. I’m not trying to be mean, but ever since this person has been making my lattes they have tasted horrible. Very bitter, very watery and just not good. I think the issue with Starbucks and the fact that so many are closing is that there is absolutely no consistency on the taste of the drink. You never know if the drink you’re going to get is going to taste like crap that day or if it’s going to be good. It’s sad that you spend $7 on a coffee and there’s a 50/50 chance it might taste good. It’s frustrating because when the drinks are good, they’re very delicious but when they’re bad, they not only taste bad but you have buyers remorse because you spent seven dollars on a coffee that taste like crap.

This location is 1 of 2 that I regularly go to since I live equadistant from either 1. I know a couple of people that work here since I used to go to 1 of the locations that closed & they used to work there. They r quite busy during the daylight hours & then it dies down tremendously after 6 or so. There’s ample parking. It can probably be hard to get into since Broadway is a very busy street during the day, but that doesn’t affect me since I usually enter through the back entrance. I like going to different locations to find flavors that might still be in stock at one versus completely out at another. And this one seems to be 1 of those places compared to the other one that is near me

I traveled about 20 minutes to go to this Starbucks. I ordered 2 honey citrus mint teas. I sat in line about 10 minutes for some lukewarm tea. Just because it’s not snowing, or believe freezing that don’t mean I want my tea lukewarm THAT’S UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!

For Starbucks, its OK. The drive thru can get super busy in the mornings during the week. The coffee itself was not so great but the sausage egg and cheese sandwhich was ok (real and impossible were both good). The service was very good, though.
