Early Morning Coffee Run
I arrived around 6:00 a.m., and the morning was already busy at work with drive-thru orders. I walked up to the counter and was greeted promptly. The Barista took my order, and I had my drinks within 5 minutes. The staff were friendly and made my coffee the way I like them. No problems or issues during my quick visit.

I’ve been coming to this Starbucks for years now. The coffee today doesn’t taste like the coffee I always order. It tasted like diluted milk with a little coffee. The sandwich is very disappointing and liquid dripping everywhere. It was a waste of money. You just lost a customer.

I’m a big Starbucks person. I’ve been patronizing Starbucks for close to 30 years even before they came to Arkansas. I will go try other coffee shops in the area. But I always end up coming back to this place. The baristas are all really nice & helpful with suggestions. I’ve heard other people say the coffee is too strong. But maybe I’m just used to it since I’ve been coming here for so long. The atmosphere is great for visiting, studying, or if have some work to do on your laptop. I always enjoy coming to Starbucks & look forward to my visits

My initial review was going to be 2 or 3 stars but I’m glad I waited til the end. Chris was 1 of 5 people that gave a an old school Starbucks service. I must have come at shift change but that doesn’t matter if your still on the floor your still working not talking with each other. The 2 females that saw me standing for a mobile personal cup pick up but nether acknowledge me. Now the other young man at the register said welcome and I told him I had a mobile pick up and he said ok with a smile and the young lady just coming on shift even spoke. Now back to Chris he was working the window making drinks and still said he would pick up my cup shortly. Even noticed that I had an actual Reserve cup from Seattle.

I order breakfast every morning $14-$17 and I feel sometimes they make my order wrong on purpose and I ask for a dragon drink medium light ice they give me the wrong drink cup full of ice they make my drink today with dragon fruit and water is supposed to be dragon fruit with coconut and mango. I tried to explain to the girl it was wrong. She roll her head up and she was not listening to me.

This is obscene. We waited in the drive through for 15 minutes and not a single car moved. Complete incompetence— with five people staffing the inside? We pulled out and left, and will never return. (Which doesn’t matter much because we don’t live here). All around, it was a horrible experience. We watched 5 other cars leave before us, and two leave after us.

Sparkling, brand new Starbucks with a lot of seating, bright windows and great lighting for studying or just enjoying a good book. The drive-through was fast and their service inside was friendly and helpful! They do not have nitro cold brew at this location, though.
