The staff was so kind and considerate. I was going to reorder a drink I didn’t like. Drea overheard me & remade my drink. I sat in the cozy lobby to enjoy it & got to see how much thought & care she puts into making drinks and giving customers what they want. I really appreciated this experience and her kindness.

The starbucks on 165 N is horrible service. I stood at the register for about 10 minutes and no one acknowledged me. No one said good morning, welcome, or even asked if I was ready to place an order. The woman making drinks saw me standing there the entire time and never said a word or offered to help. Eventually, another employee came from the back and asked how long I had been waiting. I told her about 10 minutes and that no one had spoken to me at all. She apologized for the wait and then took my order, but customers should not have to stand there that long just to be acknowledged.

Its nice to visit other starbucks sometimes and just see how their layout and partners are. Had a great experience today, drinks fantastic and all the baristas were friendly. Im not sure when this store was last remodeled but my only complaint would be that the bench chairs are extremely uncomfy. Kinda like you’re sitting on leather wrapped plywood. Nothing against the store or anything because each state has a different designer, but may want to get those seats updated for comfort.

Just go to 18th St. I’m pretty sure they hold competitions here to see who can get the most customers to come back with a nasty tasting coffee . I order extra cinnamon every time and every time it has no Cinnamon. I think they just avoid the recipe cards and do whatever they want. Do yourself a favor and go to the 18th St. location. It’s made with love there.

I understand occasionally, sometimes people make a mistake. But every single time? It’s a pattern.

Customer service was great and the drink tasted alright, but it wasn’t made right. I should’ve trusted my instincts to get a refund the first time because I didn’t like the way it tasted or looked, but I ended up letting them remake it.
I’ve had an upset stomach and feel sick ever since I drunk it this morning. I ordered a Dubai chocolate inspired drink today and I have ordered it before from a different location, it tasted and looked different. Not sure what happened this time.

The leadership of this place is insanely amazing and so is the management on a store level the manager is just phenomenal and very fair and just and such a high bar to make sure that everyone is treated with respect and love and kindness they don’t discriminate on the basis of gender age, and especially they do not discriminate at all on the basis of race. They are very kind to customers of all backgrounds regardless of what background they come from it’s not just older white folks that they’re nice to or smile at or our friendly words or say hi words they always ask the name of the customers, regardless of the racial background or age or gender or age they do not discriminate at all, and I really really really appreciate this about the leadership and management They always make others feel safe and comfortable and one of the other things I really appreciate is that the barista are really busy making fast quick orders and this smile and are friendly and kind to people of all backgrounds. They do not make people of color feel a little bit unwelcome and they certainly do not stare at them excessively and they make sure that all people of color and people from all sorts of backgrounds whether minority or majority feel like they belong they don’t try to make them awkward, feel awkward at all, and this is very much appreciated with the kindness and the level of respect this show. I really appreciate that the orders are fast that the service is good that they are always friendly and kind to each other that they just do things right thank you so much for running the show. Well and thank you so much for the leadership and management to be so good at what they do. They are really, really, really good with making sure that whether it’s a person from whatever race that they don’t make things weird for them and they don’t try to give them a hard time or they don’t try to make them feel uneasy or they don’t try to pull their leg or just kind of be awkward with them.THEY ALSO DO NOT AT ALL DO WEIRD THINGS LIKE CRANK UP THE AC AND AIR CONDITIONING …AND and make it unbearable …and incomfortable for customers to stay in…and dine in…that would be torcher…and doesn’t seem like a customer friendly and welcoming thing to do…. They really really go a long mile to make sure everyone is treated the same and feels comfortable and feels like they belong and they definitely don’t make judgments and treat people differently based on the color of their skin that does not happen at all ,,, they smile, or acknowledge people regardless of the skin color or their background or their look as long as they’re decent good people studying working or just relaxing with their family or loved ones or friends they’re nice to them and respectful to them, regardless of the race .and thank you so much for that .You guys should give yourselves a break too cause you guys do a phenomenal job thank you Starbucks and thank you for all you do.

The most basic coffee ever but it’s still a favorite.

This was our first time visiting this location and it was a good experience. The barista was kind and knowledgeable. They were out of the cheese danish but that seems to be the case with a lot of locations so no biggie.

We would visit again.
