Tbh, every Starbucks I’ve been to I’ve never really had a bad experience. I might have had like a drink not made quite as good as another Starbucks I’ve been to but that’s the extent of it lol. This Starbucks was pretty good the staff was great and gotta say the drink was made just right definitely the way I liked it…. SWEET!

Wish I would’ve saw these reviews before taking my kids in on Halloween dressed as Starbucks . The guy taking the order seemed as though he was forcing himself to talk to them, the girl act as if she was so busy couldn’t even ask her a question without her looking like we just threw a monkey ranch in her day, she completely ignored them . She only laughed when my daughter said she loves Starbucks and the guy said “you can take the rest of my shift if you like” as if there was this inside joke going on. My daughter was so excited to go there because she loves Starbucks and said “everyone is going to say how pretty we are” but my kids were truly ignored. And NO ONE was in there. It’s common courtesy that’s all, these are kids. Interactions means the most to them. You’re in fast food (coffee) services you should know how to act. I was trying to spark a conversation. But epic failure. Boring, rude and horrible staff. Definitely don’t give the “Starbucks” vibe. Wish we went somewhere else

I loved coming to this location before they remodeled. The staff was so nice and always made my friends and I feel very welcomed. The drinks were always amazing and the environment was calm and it made it easy to get into my work. But now my drinks are different than before and not as good, and the environment isn’t somewhere I can sit down and focus anymore. I would recommend the location by I-12 before this one.

I get coffee every morning at this Starbucks since the first week the store opened. The employees are all great workers and good people in general and the coffee is the best you can get! If I could recreate the white chocolate latte at home I definitely would but I can’t even get close!!

Rarely is my order not exactly what I expected but if this ever is the case, they’re ALWAYS More than happy to fix it. Anytime my picky children come in, they’re always extremely undecided on what to get but the staff is always very helpful, patient, and assure them if they don’t like the drink- they’ll find one they do like! Love this place

Staff is okay, they have their days when they wanna be nice other times not so much. But the real reason i’m giving two stars is because they literally never have anything!!!!!!! they are always out of everything. countless times i’ve been and had to change my order because they are out of whatever it is. just go to a different location nicer people and they actually have stuff to make a coffee

i usually love going to this location, but the past few times have been God awful. last time i went there i stood in the lobby as i waited for the girl that was on drive thru finish giving a customer her phone number, then after that she finally came and took my order. that is ridiculous, and because of that i probably won’t be coming back. i thought i was going to a coffee shop not a dating game.
