I come to this Starbucks every day I get the same drink sometimes more than once a day. I practically support this Starbucks. I’m big on tipping so I tip the girls at the window. Unfortunately today I got my regular coffee but it wasnt delicious, it tasted like watered down oatmilk so I came back and asked for a remake. The girls at the window accused me of stealing coffee as I’m holding the coffee I ordered that day in my hand with the sticker on it but I am not going to be accused of STEALING A COFFEE. I was told next time I need to get the barista‘s name who made my coffee and I need to call ahead of time to request a remake. Now granted I spend $10 on ONE grande coffee. May have to boycot Starbucks for this. Crazy work starbucks!!
Update: I officially boycott a few days ago. I’ve thrown away too many full cups of coffee it’s made completely different every time and typically the remake drink tastes the same. I cannot throw away another full $10 coffee…

I come here so often, have probably spent thousands here! Every day I ask for “Extra” light ice, and this is what I get 9 times out of 10. The drinks are great! BUT to whoever makes the drink, would you want to spend $7 on a big cup of ice w/ a little drink? No! for some reason Starbucks always has trouble with “light ice” or in my case “extra light ice”

Everyone here is always SO nice and friendly. They are knowledgeable about the drinks they make and what goes in them! If you are indecisive about what to order they will offer their recommendation after asking a few questions, and every time I’ve been impressed! If your drink isn’t what you wanted or if you aren’t satisfied with how it tastes, they will remake it for you! When they greet you on the loud speaker they always sound so friendly! My fav Starbucks by far!

This is my second time coming to this location and they always outta the drangonfruit syrup or whatever gives the drink its color. It doesn’t taste the same to me. And I let the worker know that she caught a attitude with me. Why she didn’t share with me that info don’t have me pay for something I wouldn’t want. Horrible customer service.

The staff at this location are stellar! They always add joy to my day. No matter how busy it is at the time, they always are very cheerful and bubbly and it always brightens my day. I love it! Today, Marie helped me and as usual it was a perfect experience, I don’t write reviews often but they really deserve it. If I could give more than five stars I would. Whoever is doing the hiring is knocking it out of the park, again such a great staff.
