Usually a friendly approach when I go through the drive-through but today on New Year’s Eve at 1:15 PM, I got the door slammed in my face due to me not wanting to leave a one dollar tip. Proceeded to sit there for about Three minutes because the lady did not give me my straw. I understand most establishments are closed on holidays, but as an adult, you just gotta work some. My tip will not go Towards someone with that type of mannerisms, ever.

But t-mobile said if I downloaded the app, I would get a free coffee… then Starbucks had this holiday game where you would open gifts every time you made a purchase so I started coming to this sbux ALL. THE. TIME.
The reason this place is a breath of fresh air is because every single person is so personable, kind, and genuine. From the baristas to the general manager, they all treat me like I’m their BFF. I know there are some changes that were announced in the way Starbucks is running the company and it’s working! I REALLY enjoy coming here and now I understand the Starbucks hype.
Your holiday game roped me in, but the staff is what made me a lifetime customer.

The Starbucks Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino blended beverage was delicious as usual.
But the crew, management, or ownership should seriously look into what was attracting the dozen or so flies I saw swarming around the counter.
It was a serious turn off.
Caused me to nearly leave without ordering.

this is probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. This Starbucks is always busy and yet somehow your drink is still disgusting. The ice is nugget is which is already a red flag, and then their customer service is so gross and rude. Whatever old woman is taking orders needs to retire because she is the worst one there. On top of that, they don’t fill the cups up if you don’t order ice… THEN GIVE ME MY. 8 DOLLARS BACK THAT I PAID FOR IT. She rushes your entire order, talks to you like you are BEYOND DUMB, she is so annoying, so rude, and they have just no service at all. And what makes it even worse is the fact that I work in food service! I know what it’s like, but that old woman is out of her damn mind. Whoever is letting her work there needs to change it. Just another reminder of why I should never come to this location again.

It’s a great locations. Nice open spaces and a very large table where groups could meet. Its also one of the few Starbucks that actually has a changing stations in the women’s RR. Bonus!!! Friendly staff and quick at taking your order and making your drinks. They also have a drive thru and aren’t far from 210.

I’ve been coming here for a while now, and I notice they hired a bunch of new workers so service here has been down lately.. but after dining in recently, I notice the service and atmosphere has improved a lot better. It looks like the new baristas are getting adjusted to the fast paced environment because my order was made pretty quickly amid a rush. The lobby looks more organized and maintained. The bathroom does need to be cleaned more often because there was no paper towels and the trash was full, and the floor around the toilet was sticky. But other than that, I had a pleasant experience.

Stopped here three mornings in a row. On morning #2, I looked at seating area and the tables looked like the same crumbs I saw yesterday, but wasn’t sure. On day #3, the exact same drips of coffee were in the same exact spot as the previous morning. How can I be sure? I made them when I took my lid off my coffee and it dripped on the table.
The coffee is good. The staff behind the counter are good at working hard. But let’s wipe the tables down once in a while.
