my boyfriend went to starbucks earlier today and ordered me a venti iced blonde vanilla latte (shown below with everything i wanted and asked for) i received a grande iced shaken espresso (shown below on app because i threw the cup in the dumpster). he showed the woman the picture of what i asked for and she took the order down. she was very rude the whole time she was taking the order. while they were making the drinks they were bad mouthing him the entire time, they also scooped out the cold foam on the drink i received. there was at least a inch of caramel at the bottom of my cup as well as unmixed sugar. we also ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappe and received a iced latte with whipped cream, caramel drizzle an the ribbon crunch on top. he ordered a bacon egg and gouda sandwich, and had hair in my sandwich. everything about this order was completely wrong. the only thing they got right was his hot chocolate. they made us feel like what we ordered was a inconvenience to them.

The New Iberia, La location is the saddest Starbucks I’ve ever been in. Where’s the cozy Starbucks feel? The tables look like they were bought at a garage sale… all the chairs are wood, no comfy chairs to enjoy my coffee. It’s also dirty. It’s empty right now, so it shouldn’t! be dirty… tables looked dirty so we sat on the wood chairs by the entry… the table is dirty with crumbs all over it. Step it up Starbucks, you should have higher standards here.

This is the second day I go in a row and my order is wrong. And the one worker there is horrible with an attitude. I order a tall decaf mocha frappe with no whip and it used to be made exactly like that with a decaf shot. Yesterday it was two shots she had put and when I told her the order was wrong she said I did it myself and I know I did it right but give it and I’ll make it. It was wrong!!! Then today they give me someone else’s order and when I told her that she argued it was the right order
so I got down and she said here it was wrong and it’s chocolate milk!!! No decaf shots.

This is my favorite Starbuck’s! Most of the crew knows me by name and even what I like to drink! Their customer service and how they prepare your drink and or food is always perfect! I am a coffee loving person and a faithful Starbuck’s customer!

I’ve been coming here forever to get coffee and study. All the people that used to work there are were so nice are gone.
After hours of classes, I wanted to treat myself to an iced coffee. Usually I place it through the app, this time I placed it in the drive-thru.
When I got to the window, not knowing how they did things since I usually use online pickup. I asked the worker if she could scan my phone for points while holding out both my card and phone with the QR code.
This worker responded so nasty back to me and she made me feel so terrible I apologized to HER. I was shocked.
You never know if someone else is having a worse day than you so why would you jump on them just because they want to make sure they get their points since Starbucks IS expensive and I’m sure a lot of people like to get their points to use toward coupons/free drinks.
Ever since, I haven’t been back. Which I guess will save me money anyways.
I get not being happy at your workplace, but don’t take it out on someone who doesn’t know you at all and is also just trying to get through their day.
That employee shouldn’t be put at the window if that’s how she will act on someone who doesn’t know that they TAKE your card first before scanning.
