The coffee isn’t any better or worse than any other Starbucks but I won’t be returning because of the absolutely vile remarks I heard the manager say to his employees. Telling a mom she should leave her kids with ICE so she can come into work is downright evil!!! I pray to God that the poor woman and her children are ok and won’t have to put with that vile treatment for much longer. I won’t be returning as long as this kind of behavior is deemed acceptable by Starbucks corporate. Don’t you have mandatory harassment/sensitivity training???

the baristas are great but the store manager is god awful. what i’ve overheard today in this store and previously is outrageous and after today I will not be returning unless this man is gone. Telling an employee that they should leave their kids with ICE IS UNCALLED FOR AND OUTRIGHT SICKENING. I’ve heard him make disrespectful side comments to the baristas that are lgbtq+ and it seems as if higher ups don’t care… Do better starbucks. I don’t ever see this kind of stuff happening at dutch bros in lake charles.

They also gave me a chicken pocket when I ordered the vegetarian falafel pocket (for obvious reasons). This is very unsafe considering food allergies. They are two different colors so someone just doesn’t care at all. Drive past this location if you want what you order or need to use the bathroom/wifi.

There prices are high for the quality. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and the bread was hard on one end and theere wasn’t much in it more bread than anything. To pay 9-10 dollars for that was a disappointment. I also ordered a large iced drink and it looked more small medium yet they have large cups when I asked is this a large she said yes for the type of drink I got which makes no sense I’m paying that much for a large o should get the large that was definitely a small to medium.
