Usually I would rate this Starbies better, but I had a not so great experience this morning. The lady who made my Carmel ribbon crunch did not make it with love nor did she follow my request of lining the cup with carmel that I paid extra for. The guy who took my order was AWESOME he was very nice and sweet. But someone had a bad morning and ruined my coffee and I am not a happy camper because this carmel ribbon crunch tastes so bitter I literally am throwing it out. Waste of my money and if I wasn’t too embarrassed to go back in and complain I DEFINITELY WOULD.

Greeted with a friendly and happy hello!! Customer service was on point and I received my white chocolate mocha rather quickly compared to other Starbucks I have visited. My only disappointment would be the restroom which was not as clean as I would have expected.

Easily accessible, they make great coffee here! My wife gets a white mocha frappe at Chino with extra pumps of white mocha, and I get a green tea frappe at Chino with raspberry sweetener, both made perfectly this morning! I am staying at the hotel across main street and I got there at 5:31 AM this morning when they opened with no line at all. The barista‘s were kind and cordial and even offered my German Shepherd who is sitting next to me a big cup of whipped cream at no extra charge because he was drooling. Great coffee! Central and easily accessible location!

I had a small mishap with my order, which wasn’t a big deal at all. My drink was just missing ice. But the barista that corrected it went above and beyond. Super great service, didnt catch her name but she has orange hair. She was kind and caring. I Always have great service at this Starbucks

Sadly this store Juarez doesn’t impress anymore! There a reason there is never a line at this one and that is because your drink never taste correct! I can tell before she even hands it to me it’s wrong it also taste and looks like it’s just been sitting there when I order in the drive through and no one was infront of me . This coffee is to expensive so sadly this will be my last time trying to give them business!
