The service was super super slow . I put in a mobile order at 10:57 and was in line waiting for over 15 minutes to get my iced green tea . There’s only one car in front of me in the drive through and she only ordered one drink idk why it took them over 15 minutes before they handed out her drink . By the time I get my iced green tea there’s barely no ice in it .

Ordered a simple iced coffee with splash of milk, and the drink was literally white. I asked her to remake it with the same result. Never had such an experience at a Starbucks. I noticed that the workers seemed agitated to be doing their jobs as soon as I walked in. Can’t see this location lasting long

I have been at least 4 times and each time is wonderful!! I’m so upset by the negative reviews because of lack of inventory. They are a brand new business, and people keep shopping with them!! Of course they’ll run out quick on things, they are still learning the demographic. I have had a different barista each time, and all of them are WONDERFUL! So sweet and professional. Keep up the good work guys!

I’ve never had a problem until today. I paid for 2 caramel ribbon crunch frappachinos that were mostly ice and had almost no flavor. Whoever’s job it was to make the drinks today needs more training.
