Went there this morning and got a coconut cold brew. A cold brew is plain cold coffee with about an inch of what is basically flavored whipped-cream on top. I like to add some half and half to the drink because it is mostly just plain iced coffee and the whipped cream doesn’t really mix in with the coffee. Well, I went inside and there was no pitcher of half and half out, so I asked the lady if I could have a little half and half for my coffee. She responded that “they were out of half and half.” I asked if I could have some milk for my coffee then and she gave me a little cup that wasn’t even half-full and said “I am supposed to charge you for a cup of milk if I give you more than this.” Starbucks, people put half and half in their coffee, this is normal. And only Starbucks in Louisiana gives me a hard time about asking for half and half for my coffee. Even when I just order a regular iced coffee, they give me a hard time about asking for half and half for my coffee. I surely will not be getting coffee from Louisiana Starbucks anymore.

I enjoy the food, and the coffee, and the people. Starbucks is slowly improving their cozy coffee shop feel back to the way it used to be but it’s getting there. I always loved sitting in coffee shops for hours, I just wish some of these had nicer views, but then they wouldn’t be so easy to get to.

Every single time I’ve been to this Starbucks, the baristas have always been so kind and nice! I go through drive-through a lot and it’s always run very efficiently. The baristas always put little illustrations on my cup, whether it’s a smiley face or something more. I went today (April 17th) and the barista helping me out in the drive-through was super nice, and I’m not sure if it was her or another person, but they drew a strawberry kitty on my cup (I ordered a strawberry lemonade refresher) and it has literally made my day. It made me want to turn around and go back into the store to thank them personally and tell them how much I loved it, but I hope this review can suffice instead!

I walked in and everything was very organized and calm I placed my order which was a honey citrus mint tea which was delicious and very hot but I like my tea hot the wait was about 5-10 minutes but I waited longer because I thought they said Alex instead of Alice but I loved it this should definitely have more people visiting it 5 stars.

I go to Starbucks twice a day most of the time. Yes….i have an addiction. I normally go to the one in Covington. However, today I went to the one in Hammond and they’re horrible. They do not make the drinks like you asked them to do and then when you get the drinks, they tell you it is made the way you want it. Just saying Hammond is not a great store Covington has them beat hands-down.
