My husband ordered two coffee here and they put too much milk, mine was too sweet. So disappointed with the barista who made it. We were supposed to enjoy our coffee not to waste it and ended up not drinking it. I am sorry for the barista who made it I understand you’re busy but please next time don’t put too much milk and sugar.

It the new concept Starbucks, no inside dinning. You can go through the drive thru or go to pick up window. Mobile order, picked up at the window. Iced drinks was made incorrectly and food wasn’t fully cooked. Had to wait outside outside in June Louisiana weather with my food while they remade the drink and sad part it wasn’t made right the second time either. If they make your food and drinks right the drive thru is the way to go.

So tired that once a week, my coffee is missing 2 inches of coffee from the top. I don’t have time to drive back. I’m on my way to work. When I do go back, I have to wait for them to make another coffee. I don’t have time for that either. This is happened so many times to me. I understand there’s foam on the top when they first pour it but wait for the phone to go down. I worked in a coffee shop five years and never ripped people off 2 inches of coffee this often. I wish there was another Starbucks on my route because I would definitely go that way. I just paid $7.00 dollars for coffee and actually tip these people every time I go and I always get ripped off. So disappointed!

It’s sad when you have to go across the street and buy a cup of ice for your nitro.Coffee because they served it to you.Room temperature. Not to mention it didn’t even have any sweetener, like they said, it did. I drove ten miles out of my area just to get this nitro coffee, and I had to put it in ice! I won’t be returning what’s wrong with this state!! Laplace you are a big disappointment!!

Good coffee but a bit expensive for just coffee. The new caramel ribbon crunch is not good, though. I literally wasted my money because I couldn’t drink it. Everything else I’ve gotten there is good, though.
