I go in early in the morning. Drive through not very busy , we walk in , we order, i order hot drink and person with me orders a cold drink, we stand there and wait and wait . Probably 7 young people working . Cold drink comes up so I’m waiting for hot drink . Still waiting for a few minutes more and than person brings a cold drink and calls my name and instantly walks away ! I look at it and held it up and i said loudly i ordered a hot drink . I know when I ordered, i specified a hot drink! I had a response back say oh we’re sorry we can make you a hot drink. I immediately said no ! I don’t have any more time to wait. I took the cold drink . I got out to the truck and took a drink. It just tasted like milk with some caramel syrup in it. Why are you people in business? There are too many coffee houses in grand island to waste anymore time or money at this location. I also see why they ask for tips when you pay for your order . Cause if they depended on tips for their service they wouldn’t get tops!

Atmosphere of this Starbucks is good, wouldn’t recommend going here unless you really need coffee or something, though. I’ve been here multiple times and I’m always left wondering if they even put espresso in my drink or not. The food was bad too…not fresh.

The attitude is atrocious! I simply asked for a venti ICED LAVENDER MATCHA! It came out brown and tasted more like water. They made me repeat myself many times when I was clear and specific. This location is snippy and needs to fix the attitude. This location has gone downhill. Next to making mean facial expressions is not okay either. If you don’t wanna remake a drink, make it right the first time.

I ordered my two drinks online and I got the notification saying they were ready be the time I got there. I waited 20 plus minutes for one of my drinks to find out that they placed it by the drive through window. I was waiting on a drink that had been done the entire time.

Clean environment and good service staffs. My drink is actually filled up to the top compared to other Starbucks. I ordered a venti and they’ll filled it up to the black line…that’s a lot of empty spaces. Service was fast, I didn’t have to wait long 🙂

Slowest service. Waited 20 minutes in drive thru for lukewarm hot chocolate when ordered a coffee. Taste is always hit or miss and order ahead never works
Update: drive thru still horribly slow and white mocha now tastes like watered down plain coffee
Went back again months later. Think they forgot to add my drink to my cup as it was only half full and once again tasted nothing like what I ordered. Won’t be coming back.
