Saturday morning, I came in at the rush there had to be 15 plus people waiting in here. There was a girl in training at the register and probably six girls behind the counter. They did a fantastic job calling out there needs, working with each other … was really something to see. Glad I came. They have a terrific group of folks working here.

I love the cookie crumble drinker is so good. Today I had a barista with a sunflower on their right shoulder take my order she was so nice and even asked if I wanted coffee in my drink it made it taste so good!

This is just for drive through. If there are more than 2 cars in line expect at least a 15 minute wait to go from order board to window. They are slow. I think it’s just a short staffed issue not issues with staff but be aware in case you just want a fast pick up. I have tried it on 3 different occasions at different times and same results. I found it faster to park at hyvee, go inside to that Starbucks, and go back to my car.

I rarely right any reviews that are negative but I was flabbergasted by the service (or lack there of) I received on Saturday May 4, 2024 around 2pm. I figured I’d grab a quick drink and be on my way- not the case. When I arrived, I was the 10th person inside the store. It became clear that everyone inside was waiting for their orders (all drinks). There were 3 employees behind the counter who seemed busy trying to work together. Somewhere around 10 minutes waiting, it also became clear that the employees were diligently working together to service the drive through in a timely manner. After 20 minutes, I finally decided to ask if my order was anywhere near ready and the response I received was, “we are about to start working on it after we pour shots.” I told them how ridiculous the service was and walked out. (Having paid and receiving no order.) I went next door to the grocery store and received my order there in under 5 minutes.
I will be hard pressed to walk inside this Starbucks store to try and order anything before using the grocery store’s counter. I have no other words for this kind of experience.

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I felt it was necessary in the instance! The staff inside this Starbucks could not have been better.
They were busy pretty much the whole time I was there. However the communication within the team and the overall customer service was outstanding. I was highly impressed. I travel most days for work. So when I stop to get some things done I’ll usually stop at a Starbucks. This by far is the best most friendly one I’ve stopped at!

Im a coffee and matcha lover so I come in here a lot. I also love the egg pesto sandwich it’s so perfect for my taste buds haha. I just wanted to say the service here is great and wanted to give a shoutout to the barista that often takes my orders and gets them made too. She’s so sweet and I’ve noticed she’s really good with everyone.

I cannot say enough good things about the service I received yesterday! I want to personally thank Phoebe for being the best barista I have ever met. They were absolutely slammed busy yesterday morning, but she made me feel like I was the only customer there! She was so sweet, genuine and helpful! And she made the start of my day so good!! I receive good service here, but yesterday was excellent.
