We came on a Sunday afternoon for some sandwich, panini, and salad. It was nice and quiet because there were only a few people inside the store. All four staff were hard workers. We were there for more than an hour and I see them continuously cleaning, re-stocking, sweeping the floor, and making drinks. I was curious about their new Nitrogen cold brew coffee and the barista even offered me a little sample. Highly recommend visiting this store. Lastly, our drink was very good.

1 to 2 times a week this location will shut off online ordering through their app, and through DoorDash.

They close the lobby and go down to “drive through only” 4-8 times a month, and they close early when it’s slow due to “staffing issues”.

They’re constantly out of syrups and bakery items so specific drinks and items aren’t available in the app when it does seldomly work (the app is great but they shut off this location), and the drive through wait time is horrendously long.

I frequently order different drinks and they consistently feel 3/4’s full. It’s irritating when you pay a premium price for a drink and get half of what you paid for.

A lot of times, my hot drink doesn’t have a sleeve or a stopper, and there’s syrup running down the sides.

Honestly this is one of the locations that has the largest opportunity for growth. Imagine what you could be doing for experience, and for profitability, if your customers were served on time, with what they wanted, from multiple channels of fulfillment, with a great experience.

Whoever reads this, please help this location. It’s so frustrating, and I’m sure the baristas are doing the best they can.

I love Starbucks. Pumpkin spice iced latte is my favorite. This place is nearby my college so I come here frequently. I really love this place. The ambience is so beautiful. One of the barista Lane, is so kind and he’s always helpful.

Food and my strawberry acai drinks are always great! My iced coffee today was another story. I ordered an iced coffee with caramel drizzle and just a tiny splash of soy milk. I have ordered this drink before many times from other locations. And never had an issue. I received it and it looked way too light to have only a tiny splash of soy milk in it. The order sticker was also wrong but I tasted it anyways and it was very milky. I told the employee at the window that it looked and tasted wrong and repeated what my order was and he said they would fix it. He took it back to the girl who made it and within less than a minute they brought a new drink out that looked identical, tasted identical, still did not have caramel drizzle on it and had the exact same amount of ice in it. The only difference was a new cup. Most people probably order the same drink or two every time they go. We know if it is wrong and are not fooled by simply pouring it into a new cup.

What an incredibly refreshing surprise.
I was in town on business and haven’t been anywhere near here before. Alice greeted me like she’d known me forever.
She was kind but also very funny which was a comfort in a new town.
She wasn’t the hero I expected but definitely the hero I needed that day.

Looking forward to future business trips because of this experience. You’re lucky to have her.

Very fast and good recommendation. I asked for a coffee drink that a competitor has by mistake and they didn’t hesitate to explain, weren’t offended and offered something better. Gift cards are purchased at the window with no waiting! Express great coffee is simply the best!

Really bummed to have to write this. Wife and I loved this location for years. Ambience was nice, staff friendly, plenty of seating.

The decline in the last year has been astonishing, almost to the point of wondering why this location is open. On Tuesdays at 5pm, it is a hit and miss if the lobby, drive thru or the whole store is closed. There is very little seating in the lobby as well.

We try to go and we have no idea if we are able to enjoy our time. Driving by I have seen a massive line that does not move. Until this location is staffed up, should probably suspend services. The inconsistency is consistent and there should be some serious considerations from management.

I Have never had problem with Starbucks at any location before but a recent visit to this store (Elkhorn NE at N. 204th St) when I ordered my refresher drink it was only 2/3 full and when I asked why, the server said because I did not get ice in it, their store manager no longer allows them to fill the cup unless I get ice in it. I will not go back to this location. It was a poor experience. When I order other drinks and ask them to leave out the fruit, I do not get (or expect) a discount for that drink so I should not expect to get a partial cup when I order a drink without ice.
