Nicest Starbucks in the country! (and I’ve been around). Friendly and efficient staff who seem genuinely happy to be there. Ample seating & parking, some kickback chairs and large patio seating area. Beautiful wood theme. Drive-thru clearance is 8-foot 6-inches

Starbucks rewards are a joke I went too starbucks on Sept 17th bought 2 frappe and on 21st bought 4 more frappe the only reason I bought the 4on Sunday was the had a bonus of you bought 6 by the 21st you were suppose to get 100 bonus points which I DID NOT GET ( STARBUCKS CONNED ME) I didn’t even get the points for the the 4 drinks I bought on the 21st. I told them that same day I didn’t get my points the instructions me to call customer service, so I did that it was a waste of my time since I didn’t have my receipt even though they found the history they didn’t give me any points.

This is the second time I have went through the drive thru and had issues. The first time the order was incorrect and I didn’t notice until I took a drink 5 miles out of town. Today, I didn’t receive the full order and once again it’s too late to turn around and go back. They won’t answer their phone so that is no help.

I visit frequently (too frequently perhaps) and all of the staff here are fantastic. Always.
But I wanted to specifically call out my appreciation for Rylie and her above and beyond customer service today. There is a new drink on the menu, a raspberry cold brew, and I love raspberries but with coffee? I inquired what all was in the drink before placing my usual order, and I debated a bit, but ultimately stuck with my usual.
I told Rylie I just couldn’t wrap my head around putting raspberry in my coffee. She scurried off and came back with a pup cup sized sample she had made to let me have a taste (which was fantastic I should add).
She could have just continued with the conversation and on with her day, she didn’t have to take this extra step and I appreciated it.
Like I said, all of the staff are fantastic here – Jaq, Daegen, the Blazes…missing some names but they are always friendly and personable…and add Rylie to that list!

The customer service skills are sorely lacking here. They forgot the food item in the order and when I called I spoke to a Desire(sp) who was the manager and politely explained the missing item and she just said “Uhm, ok? Are you coming back?” Yes…? Just giving a heads up. And she said “okay, bye” no apology, whatsoever. My husband went through the drive thru to retrieve the missing item and they just handed it to him and closed the window. Learn to be better humans, it’s not hard. Customer service skills are basic, just pretend. Never going to spend money here again, just go across the street to Scooters where they care about their customers and appearance.
