Went with my wife to get her drink. We waited in line to place her order. The line was fairly long. But we were second in line and only ordered one drink. Then three others ordered after us. We waited patiently but they served all other first and her drink last. We ended up being the last one standing there.
We never had a bad experience and normally a pleasant one. Drinks should be made in the order they were taken.

Service was great the hostess greeted me at the drive thru properly, asked if I wanted a breakfast item although I was only after drinks and then thanked me as I drove off with my order. The key to customer satisfaction is always offering additional options and being attentive. A smile and a thank you goes a long way. Great job!

Nothing has changed much since my last review, the coffee drinks just arent very good here! I bought a carmel macchiato, paid. Waited and when I got my drink, see said ‘ we ran out of caramel and cool whip’. What??? Should’ve I been told that when I ordered a CARAMEL Macchiato?
My daughter has complained about her drinks, and have gone back to have them remake drinks 2x in the past 2weeks.

Went to buy a Hot Chocolate. Service was slow. Cashier was writing my name on the cup with his fingers inside the cup. I asked for a new cup and told him why. Instead of apologizing he was obviously upset. Got my hot chocolate with sticky overflow on the side. Not the first bad experience at Starbucks. No more $4 drinks for me.

Not a fan of a Starbucks being in a Target but it served it’s purpose. We were traveling and this one the closet and only one open at the time so we had to get out of the car and going into Target to get our coffee. The barista was nice but not helpful since she couldn’t explain to us what was actually 50% off. The items we were looking at were mismarked, stated they were 50% off but nothing below it was actually 50%… bummer, so I ended up paying full price for the cup that I wanted even though it was under the 50% off tag.

Love me some Starbucks. Favorite things are the Bacon and Gouda breakfast sandwich and iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso. Today I tried the iced apple crisp macchiato and its good once you shake it up so the brown and white mix. Then it tastes a little like carmel apple. And their regular iced coffee is also pretty good. The people that work at the 9th street location are especially nice and typically chat with me when I go thru the drive-thru.
