I’m not sure if I’ve ever really had a good experience at this location. I usually will drive even farther just to avoid this location but yesterday I didn’t and they sure didn’t disappoint. There was a line around the street that moved slow as ever, my drink was watered down, and to top it off the barista took my money and did not give me my change. Because they were so busy and it was only 5 cents I just left but I will not make the mistake of coming back.

I make a mobile order at 9:16 am and I get to the store at 9:30. The mobile order stated that it would be done at 9:26. I go into the store to get my order and the lady at the front desk gives me a pissy look and says there’s 3 people in front of me and it’s going to be a minute. It’s been nearly 20-25 minutes since I ordered at this point. What is the point of mobile ordering if when you show up after the time it’s supposed to be done, it doesn’t get done? So I ended up just walking out cause I have to work. Plus the mobile app doesn’t let you refund and you have to do it in store, so 15 bucks down the damn drain.

Love the casual seating with a little cubby next to the bar. Staff all happy and welcomed me. I’ve been going there on way to&from work for my espresso. Some of the staff know what I want when I arrive. On Fridays I switch it up and get a chocolate croissant and espresso with a little steamed cream. I enjoy going there.

I always have amazing experiences with wonderful people at this location! I am so blessed that this is my home base location just around the corner from me! I always encounter kindness, patience, & over the top customer service. Viv made my coffee today and it was SO delicious I ordered a second one just to take home. I know Starbucks is a good employer but all of the workers at this store deserve a raise! I feel at home and I feel it is worth my money to come time and time again. Thank you Harry & Rock Starbucks!

I have been to all of the Starbucks on rock road this one is my least favorite. They will tell me my order is ready at the speaker then I will be waiting 10 extra minutes, the customer service isn’t great either.
