Worst location in Wichita to have a Starbucks. Always feels like they need to move on the other side of the street next to the Chick Fil A where the parking lot is waaaaayyyy bigger. Drive thru can handle like 5 cars.

I picked up a Venti drink for my wife and was handed a container that was missing a significant portion of the drink outright. When I called to make a complaint they denied giving me the drink. I gave them a receipt number and everything and they told me that it’s not in their system and they cant help me. I am 100% confident that I called the correct location. I dont know if they genuinely can’t find our order or they lied about not being able to find it. Either way pretty upsetting to pay for a venti and get handed this.

I particularly love this location because how friendly and respectful the staff is. I used to go to Starbucks all around the town, but I have never seen more courteous Starbucks crew anywhere. They will make sure to get your order right and treat you humanly. I highly recommend this location! Thanks for all your hard work.

This Starbucks is clean and the baristas were very pleasant. I’m motivated to post this review only by the fact that some of the pictures accompanying this listing are for a different much larger location. This is a small Starbucks store that’s mainly about the drive-through and not always the best place to meet people or get work done as there’s only five tables. I appreciated the fact that it was warm while most coffee places are air-conditioned for the comfort of people behind the counter, meaning that they’re usually uncomfortably cold for customoers.

Hey when 7 people are working behind the counter. Just Acknowledge when there’s a customer standing there. I worked in the food industry for a very long time and I can tell you the fact that you don’t even look up and say, hey I’ll be with you in a second is ridiculous. Sense of urgency includes recognizing someone is there and speed of service. I have no problem waiting. But i dtood there for 5 minutes and nothing.
