I’m a regular Starbucks customer and buy something every day. Today, after sitting for only about 30 minutes while getting settled, the store manager approached and made us feel pressured to order immediately and pointed out how we haven’t ordered and that we had been here awhile. It was unnecessary and very off-putting. We were quietly minding our own business and certainly not messy or disruptive. When we did order, the drink was poorly made as well. This experience was disappointing enough that I won’t be returning to this location.

A great Starbucks found in the Derby Market Place right off of Rock Road. Always well staffed with dependable service. Great drinks from the baristas and their professionalism are what make this coffee and drink spot superior than the ones north on Rock Road like Dunkin and Dutch. The dining area and patio are fairly sized and the parking lot is a pain during peak hours but that is every Starbucks ever. Definitely a spot I can recommend when in the area.

I got the Peppermint Mocha drink, and it was pretty nasty. I prefer sweet and Subtle, but if you little chocolate bitter flavor this is for you. I love other drinks from Starbucks including refreshers, but the Peppermint Mocha didn’t hot the same. The service is great and so are other drinks so 5 stars.

Employee decided they wanted to tip themselves with my card and not tell me. Called in an hour later after seeing the charge of $20 and was told they “accidentally tapped on it” yet didn’t want to tell me before taking my card to pay. Nothing was done about the issue accept a “sorry”. Unacceptable and wont be back!

I usually don’t want to make negative reviews but today’s experience was one star. We waited twenty minutes for an Americano and two breakfast sandwiches. After a long wait and asking the staff multiple times for an update, we received cold sandwiches. I had used a reward during the order as well that is not back on my app unfortunately. They gave a refund for the sandwiches but did not offer to cover the coffee. I didn’t want to argue but now I’ve lost a reward off my app and did not get to eat a warm breakfast. They did NOT offer to remake the order. I will NOT ever be going back. The cashier even asked if I had my own pen to sign the refund receipt. So much for saving up for a reward and looking forward to a hot meal.
