I come here often and I’m always greeted promptly coming thru the door with a smile. All staff are knowledgeable about the menu and more than happy to give recommendations. I get treated like a friend instead of a dollar. Why I keep coming back. Liv and her team of superwomen are are awesome.

I was greeted upon entry with a smile and a “Welcome to Starbucks.” The young lady who took my order was friendly and made brief and pleasant conversation with me. My drink was quickly served and the barista who served me was friendly too. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and my iced coffee was great.

There is kind of an odd entrance into the location, but it is clearly marked, so I was prevented from going into the wrong entrance. Just be advised.

Went to pick up a order here and got a attitude from the person behind the counter. If you don’t want to do DoorDash your company can refuse it in fact I’m going to contact you area supervisor. I just declined the order after I got there because you didn’t want to help me. And if you want to make your customers orders right because they’re not mine I’m just delivering to them that’s fine with me. But I did let your customer know that you were dragging your feet because we were the DoorDash delivery people.

Ill be honest. Not a huge Starbucks fan. Just not a fan of the brewing method.
Outside of this, the staff here is super friendly, was helpful with me ordering something I greatly enjoyed and were kind the entire time I was in the café.
I stayed for a bit juggling bills a little and they check in with me a few times, but weren’t pushy in the slightest.
Ill definitely revisit this location, specifically because of the great customer service of the staff.

I come here often and order the same thing every time I go. They got a new barista or something. The last month all of my drinks have been super watered down and put way too much sauce. I have to get a spoon and scoop it out.

I stopped for 2 Grande caramel brrulee lattes just 10 min ago. The service was great and the staff in the drive through were very friendly.. my complaint is that one of my 2 identical drinks was 2/3 the way full.. I always tip.. so I spent 15.64 on coffee.. that’s bad enough.. but.. come on starbucks.. do better!!….(my response to owner comment)….I shouldn’t have to go in the store or back through the drive through to have a “partner” remake my drink. My drinkbwas MADE fine.. the cup was barely half full!!! That.. is .. the…point!!!

The three that closed 2/17/25 at night rude. Although different locations close at various times and the streets cut off customers can be unaware of business hours. No signs posted. Even though they saw me turned their backs to me and the manager slammed down the metal bar that keeps the drive through window locked. Then turn away again rather than simply motioning they were closed. Its extremely sad that people do not realize the customers are the reasons they are employed and have income. Or rather you never know who you are serving that may also be a business owner and remember your behavior should you need employment. I would not keep workers that engage like this and plan to follow up with this event.
