Super special shout out to this location, they dissolved the matcha!!
Super sweet ladies working the front, one gave me a really nice compliment and it made my whole day! Store was really clean and service was relatively quick. Smaller inside but luckily it wasn’t super busy so we could sit and chat for a while before we continued our ride. Absolutely phenomenal job with the staff here!

What a beautiful place! Love the location as well! Staff is always very friendly! But I’ve had my order wrong or weird a few times I’ve been there! Today I received my iced matcha with very noticeable clumps of matcha throughout the drink. Why would anybody want that? All it takes is a few shakes or remake it the right way?

Great staff. Everyone here is very courteous and helpful. The drinks are of course really good. I appreciate the drive thru window as well for convenience. It’s starbucks so your know what you’re getting but the quality of service makes it stand out.

Really unfriendly for no reason instead of greeting me like a normal person they just kind of scowled at me and said “are you ok?” When I walked in and then I could hear them talking about me amongst themselves while they were making others’ orders like I wasn’t 4 feet from them
0 social skills or tact don’t know if the crew was just having a bad day or what this morning but if you’re gonna talk shit on customers at a minimum wait until they’re not right next to you to do it

The employee that was working the window tonight (approximately 7:30 and I ordered a summer berry lemonade) was super approachable, friendly, and quick. I didn’t catch her name, but she deserves to be recognized. The service industry is hard, but we need more workers with that energy.

I frequent this store because it’s the closest to my house–but even if it wasn’t I would still choose this store over any in the area. The staff is ALWAYS super polite, personable, and fast. Especially Sapphire!! They are so good at what they do. The store is also always so clean and relaxed. It’s a great place to get work done!
