My wife enjoyed one of the best mochas we have ever ordered. It was a delightful combination of chocolate taste with coffee. The staff was friendly and efficient, the atmosphere inside is open and inviting. We are drank her mocha outside, in a very nice area.

Went through PV SB drive through…usually always friendly. Always make it right! Forgot to order food(lemon loaf x 2) Told by same person that took my order that he couldn’t fill the food order at the pick up window. I would have to drive around again and order it from the drive through. This has never been a problem before and I find it rather sophomoric in that it appears to be a punishment. There was one car behind me. One car. This guy lost a 10.00 food sale. He could have filled the non warmed food order, handed me my drinks, and scanned my app in the time he took to react to me wanting to add onto an order. Just don’t understand. Not customer friendly.

normally this location is fine, but picked up a drink there this morning and it had a really weird taste/smell. there’s something wrong with the ice, either the machine/receptacle needs to be cleaned, or the water itself is bad. Had that weird musty/sewer taste to it. I had to throw my drink out, it tainted the beverage.

FILTHY. Trash by the front door was so full, it was overflowing. When I informed members of the staff about it, I was told “we don’t have anything to do with the trash.” (??) How hard is it to grab a trash bag and put on a pair of gloves and at least empty part of the trash so that it’s not overflowing? Most of its just coffee cups. I had to use the restroom before ordering coffee and it was GROSS. I didn’t find out until after I used the toilet that there was no toilet tissue AT ALL. ARRGGGH! By that time, I felt like this place was so filthy that it was probably in violation of the Health Department code and left without ordering anything. Stay away from this place unless you like germs.

Came through at around 4:50pm on Tuesday 3/7/2023 Theo was the manager on the floor! I ordered a drink and food item, he was really really helpful in offering up new items to try and was great to connect with while he made my drink. The baristas he had on the floor were also super kind! He is running a great floor 🙂 No complaints here!

I have been going to this location ever since they have opened it. It can be busy and hectic at times but they always do there best to be quick and move the line along. Never had a bad experience and they always willing to get me water if I ever have my dog with me. Recently became lactose intolerant and I have never had them treat me back for having a complicated order when it comes substitute. Defiantly coming back!!

The always busy drive thru of this Starbucks is a testament to the staff and quality of product consistency at this location. Best to order in advance and pick-up inside if you are in a hurry. Or a nice place to hang out and relax or kill some time. Nice little patio area outside to sit and relax too.
