First: I do not drink coffee, so this is from the perspective of a non-coffee drinker. On the weekends this can be one busy place, but they have plenty of staff to take care of all their customers. You are greeted warmly as you walk in and there’s enough of a selection for non-coffee drinkers to hang out with your coffee, drinking friends. There’s some nice outdoor seating in the shade in the morning. The interior is typical of Starbucks. The only reason that it’s not a five star, it is a little pricey. I do appreciate the good customer service. That is what I look for in a coffee place for non-coffee drinkers.

Highly recommend you avoid 119th & Renner – just waited 32 minutes for them to put an unwarmed treat in a bag. Zero awareness and an unconcerned apology. I’m just trying to use up a Starbucks gift card… not a fan. This doesn’t happen when you support local.

So, I’m not usually a “let me write a review” kind of person, but I felt like I needed to for this one. I’m rarely on this side of town and had never been to this Starbucks before, but the customer service was truly next level. From the moment I walked in to when I received my order and even while I worked there for a couple of hours, the team made me feel like a regular. You can tell they genuinely care about people.
I often find myself working at Starbucks to knock out emails since I’m usually on the move, and I have to say this location stands head and shoulders above most, if not all, that I’ve been to. Real talk.

This Starbucks is phenomenal. I will not go to Starbucks unless it is this one. Mainly because it’s 2 minutes from my house but secondly I love it here. I come here daily almost (I know, Starbucks taking all my money) all of the employees are pleasant. The store is clean. There’s one specific employee that I want to thank. I ordered my drink through the barista cause my app was acting funny (social anxiety so this was big lol just kidding, kind of) this employee was very nice and patient with my modifications. I don’t know her name, butttt she’s one of the only ones that is always wearing a hat! She remembered me (I think haha) after our interaction. She marks my cup every time and it warms my soul. My coffee and experience is still great when she is not here but I swear her presence makes the coffee taste so much better even if there’s no interaction! ☺️ This is a comfy place to get some work done or read. I look forward to my morning because of the beautiful staff.

I’ve been to this location before and even other locations eating the same menu items.Today,however ..the food was exceptional! I’m not sure how they cooked my impossible breakfast sandwich any different than before ,but it was excellent! I also had no wait in the drive thru and my order was out very quickly! Kudos to the workers there today!

The baristas here are amazing. I am there a lot of Sundays and even if I miss a few Sundays, when I come in they already know my order. I think this is incredible. The vibe is awesome. The music is exactly what I want to hear as well. They simply excel at service and their employees are happy, which shows that the store is well run. Thank you for always giving me a great experience at your store.

09/03/2025 – Wanted to also add to my previous review a compliment to one of the baristas. Her name was Nikki and she was super awesome, nice and sincere. Today is my birthday and I couldn’t find the birthday offer they give on your birthday. I told her about it and she paid for my $7 coffee without hesitation. I told her I was trying to find the offer to show her but couldn’t because it wasn’t pulling up in the app.
On top of that, she went above and beyond and spent sometime in conversation about my day, my daughter, and our plans. She didn’t have to do they and she was very sincere about it. Need more like her at places because it makes it more human, real and a happy interaction. I could tell she’s the type that loves her job and also loves to “pay it forward.” So Mrs. Nikki, I will do just that. I’ll pay your sincerity and time spent with me this afternoon forward. Thanks !
To Starbucks, this barista deserves some praise and accolades. She did so well and was very sincere about it.

Ordered my drink sat in one of the table waiting for it to, waited 35 minutes until I went to the front and asked for it , they place the order sticker somewhere and they forgot about it the lady rolled her eyes at me instead of apologizing and everyone that came in got their drink and left while I was waiting , I was like am I suppose to wait or what at first I was embarrassed to ask but after longer than 30 minutes I was like now this is off , and the lady that placed the drink and forgot about it was rude and talking like she owns the place I paid money for that and could of said sorry instead of talking back rude and slamming the drink on the counter and leave And the drink did not taste anything like what I ordered I asked for caramel crunch and got some coffee and milk blended with no caramel taste or any sweetness to it just bold
