20241008 Stopped here to get something to eat so that I can take some Excedrin for my migraine. The baristas are very nice and helpful. The only issue I had was that when I got to my car, settled in and was getting ready to eat and didn’t see a fork in the bag with the egg bites. Luckily, I have a spoon for my dog to take her medicine with peanut butter that was clean. I didn’t feel well enough to get out of the car to go back in just to get a fork. I would have used my fingers as a last option. Normally, I wouldn’t mind running back in. With me not feeling well… good thing I have a spoon.

Staff needs training. I order the same thing at every starbucks, a Venti decalf pour-over. Very easy. I ordered it and they first told me it would take 20 minutes. Seemed like a long time, but OK. They started and literally added tiny bits of water for 38 minutes. I checked, from the moment I ordered to when I received my coffee it was 38 minutes. Not only that, but it was cold. They need training on how to do a simple pour-over. Unfortunately it is the only option for a cup of decalf, and you dont like Americanos.

So many cars I had trouble making it into the parking lot at 7:30 am. Even with all that I was finished coffee in hand in less then 10 minutes. When I ordered I had no idea what I wanted and the nice lady was amazing and helpful. Her sandwich recommendation was on point as much as her amazing attitude. I don’t get Starbucks normally but maybe I will more often. Over Great experience.

Very expensive overall. For the bathroom, purchases are required and the coffee took about 3 mins to get to me. Fairly loud because it’s next to a major road so it isn’t a great place to study.

While the HB will NEVER be a coffee drinker, I do have to admit the hot chocolate at Starbucks is pretty darn good. Mrs. HB and the daughter LOVE Starbee’s, so on our yearly trip to St. Charles, we stopped at the Rolla Starbucks.
The hot chocolate was great, the atmosphere was wonderful, but the thing that really stood out to me was the staff. Jackie and Tacy were amazing! Thank you, ladies.

On my annual fishing trip with my long time friend, dropped in for a chia. I jokingly told Abby to make it GOOD. Look what she added to the order. Love it. Love service like that. Love to smile. Great job Starbucks…and plz don’t take seating away from a great place to sit and welcome the day.

This location doesn’t have really good, friendly barista’s. They seem so into their work that they don’t recognize any of the guest in the restaurant. I was waiting for an order to be handed to me at the register because that’s where the young lady knew that I was standing there waiting for my drink and instead of giving it to me she takes it all the way down at the end and yells out my name. That is absolutely rude. Won’t be back.

Wonderful service and a wonderful start to my day thanks to your lovely barista Mia! I was having such a terrible morning until I was met with her amazing attitude and service. She is just the sweetest. I came in to get my usual and she was working her tail end off to make sure everyone was getting their orders as quickly as possible and it showed with how quickly my order came out! I could tell it was a stressful and busy day already but she was doing it all with a big smile on her face! She is an angel!!! The atmosphere in the store was wonderful and my order was perfect as usual thanks to her! She told me to have an amazing day. Every starbucks needs a Mia!!
