This is the best Starbucks in North Kansas City! I stop by before work most days and I see the same 3 baristas all the time and they all greet me by name. They are all amazing! My order is always on point and they leave me sweet messages on my cup. S/o to Gia and my other 2 baddies (sorry I can’t think of your names) but you know who you are 🙂

I can’t even explain how much I love this place. The coffee is always perfect, the crew always has a smile on their face, and I just love the overall atmosphere at this location. When I see Jazmine and Olivia working, it makes me so happy as they make me feel like I’m well taken care of. I have no complaints whatsoever this team is awesome!

I had a frustrating experience at this location due to an employee named Gia. From the start, her attitude came across as dismissive and impatient, like helping customers was an inconvenience. My order was made incorrectly, and when I politely mentioned it, she seemed annoyed rather than apologetic. She was also very disrespectful, Customer service is a big part of why people choose Starbucks, and unfortunately Gia did not reflect that standard at all. The interaction felt rushed, unfriendly, and unprofessional. I expect better consistency and basic courtesy from a company that prides itself on service.

This is the worst Starbucks plan ever!!! Can’t go in, can’t order at the desk. Only drive in or on app. We’ll what I want to order is not allowed on the app and the drive through is small and too many cars. I finally just left! They are Rude and thus no entrance version of a Starbucks is new A i will NEVER USE ONE. ALL I WANTED WAS TWO CUPS OF COFFEE MADE THE WAY I LIKE!! find a different place this place is awful and stupid and void of customer service or care! Lucky they had a quick trip next door where I could get what I wanted quick and easy. Too bad cause I like Starbucks more. But I hope I never see another no counter order Starbucks again!!

This Starbucks used to be my favorite because they were so fast, but recently I’ve been sitting in their drive thru for 30+ minutes. Happened today, and the last two times I’ve come. I didn’t know that going just to Starbucks and back (drive time is 2 minutes from my work) would make me late from my 30 minute break. If you’re going to work or cannot wait more than 30 minutes, go to the one just up the road there’s no drive thru at that one, but you’d still get your drink faster
