All right, so if I could put zero stars, I really would The only thing I would put a star on was how polite Tyler their manager was when he told me that he could only give so many pumps of dark caramel in the bottom of my cup. I normally drink caramel ribbon crunches. I frequent Starbucks daily. He gave me three pumps and on my ticket order that was printed I did ask for extra Caramel. This is a very first time in all my days of going to Starbucks that I’ve ever been told that they can only give you the standard amount of Pumps which was three pumps I don’t know about anyone else, but like that’s not my extra and I asked for more. I did ask for a refund. He said that he voided out my transaction. I did ask if he could print a receipt. He told me that he can’t print a receipt because he voided out the last transaction. please, anyone on here tell me if on your Starbucks order when you ask for extra three pumps was all they told you that you could have and the sad thing is this was a manager that is not true with the Starbucks recipes. I’ve had a manager tell me once before, even when I pay for my extra caramel, there’s not a limit on how many pumps they could give you. By far the absolute best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The store is clean. The employees are NEVER in a bad mood or have a stank face. They are so helpful, kind and caring. They listen and acknowledge issues immediately and make it right. The store manager is hands down a LEADER. In today’s world we need more people like her. Thanks for killing it everyday and making my mornings easier!

Generally, I order in the app and pick up in the drive. Sometimes I put in a large order and pick it up inside too. Everyone is amazing! They are so busy, but my order is always ready when promised. It’s a blessing to have them.

If you love your Starbucks, this location will fulfill your every expectation of the brand you love. So good to have this spot in the up-and-coming northwestern development of Lees Summit. It get’s busy so consider mobile order but this location has a lot of access to outdoor seating. If the weather is accommodating sit a spell, you will love it.
