Very tidy location despite how busy they ALWAYS are. Mad props, I’ve never had a difficult time getting my order placed AND they put my coffee in my tumbler. So many times I’m told no by stores and these new plastic lids simply don’t just pop off so I can put it in my Starbucks cup.

I walked into this store location at 5:45 a.m. — the only customer in sight. I ordered a cortado to enjoy in the store before walking home with my Grande coffee. A ten-dollar experience, tip included.
I took a seat, settled in, and started my morning scroll on my iPhone. Fifteen minutes later, I got up and asked if my coffee was ready. The server, without a hint of apology, simply motioned toward the mobile pickup area.
No one else was in the store. Too early for the drive-through rush. No chaos. Just… silence — and indifference.

What can you say? Starbucks has their act together! Rarely do I have to wait long for my order and this place is busy nonstop. The staff still finds it in them to smile and be pleasant despite being freaking busy af. Take your pic of coffee cause they have it all! Pastries, muffins, and all the yummy stuff that will make your tummy big if you over indulge. But it’s hard not to, the food is good. Come see for yourself!

This morning I went in and ordered an ice caramel macchiato, I didn’t realize Starbucks served diabetes in a cup or served lattes as macchiatos. When I asked the window if they could fix it they offered a stirrer. First and foremost if I wanted just caramel I would’ve asked for something different.

Came here on Sunday 9.14. Went inside to order. No one greeted me and when I got to the counter they shrug me off and said we’ll be right there. 5 min later they finally took my order. I ordered 1 drink sat there for 20 min while multiple mobile orders came through. 10 people with mobile orders were sitting there with me for the last 10 min waiting. After 20 min I ended up asking for a refund and left. One of the male employees was complaining about how he wouldnt get to eat and his breakfast was now cold because they were too busy. Horrible customer service and I will not be returning. You should learn a thing or 2 from 7brew or chick fil a.
