This Starbucks ROCKS!!!!! I came through drive through with a rather larger (13 drink) order this morning. Eddie and Brooklyn made all my drinks very efficiently. They had their own little assembly line set up and had them ready in no time. I was very impressed! The lady working at the window was also great however, I did not catch her name. She greeted me with a smile and was very cheerful at 6:30am. She put stickers on all the lids and had them in drink carriers so they did not spill in my truck. There are 2 Starbucks on my way to work and this one totally impresses me! Thanks for starting my whole teams morning off great! Kudos to y’all! By the way the entire team here loved their drinks!

Went there last night and was reminded why I always skip the fancy coffee. I ordered something pricemarked on the menu above head for 4.59 and it rang up for 7 56. I disputed the charge clearly, citing the sign and the $3 upcharge that doubled the price of the drink. I also had ordered the same size that was advertised so that shouldn’t of been the issue. Barista had no solution to the problem and refused to serve me at the price listed. I fear this is likely to be happening at Starbucks everywhere.

Customers beware!!
I ordered a matcha crème Frappuccino today. I am able to have the lower amount of caffeine from matcha but coffee is too much!
This is supposed to be crème based and not coffee based.
When I took my first sip it was coffee! My heart began to beat too fast and it physically hurt ten minutes later.
I will not be going back to this location.

Every time I go to this Starbucks my drink is made with dead shots of espresso . I would highly recommend Starbucks at Noland Rd Hy-Vee they’ve never once messed up on my drinks .

i love starbucks, but i wish it was more consistent. i came earlier the same day and had complete different quality of drinks. night and day for the same exact drink. i had to get it remade it was extremely watery. i come here twice a week, i know it’s annoying but i know what my drink looks and tastes like (3 shots of blonde espresso ristretto extra soy milk extra ice)

Starbucks staff were amazing. The creepy auditor, leaning on the food, condescendingly berating staff while he blocked the isle made for a very uncomfortable morning. I felt bad for all of the staff and other patrons who had to try to ignore him and his attitude.
