The building is new so fixtures and furniture are in good shape. But they are dirty. As I sit here at my sticky table, I can see debris and sticky drink rings on every visible table.
The pre-made egg bites are good and just the right size portion for a quick breakfast. My latte was made to order, which is always a good thing.
The customer service is seriously hit and miss here. The lady at the window is so polite and cheerful. The gentlemen who took my order was professional. But the woman from Helga’s House of Pain that was making iced drinks must be having a bad day…every time I visit this location. She slams things around and sits the ice scoop and bucket down like they’re Thor’s hammer. So loud! I thought Starbucks was a liberal haven and safe space but I didn’t feel very safe with the Bautista-the-Barista rage.

I used to work at Starbucks, and I can say with absolute certainty that this is the nicest, most friendly, cleanliest Starbucks I have ever been to. My husband and I are on an 18+ hour roadtrip with our baby, and were looking for a place we could change his diaper, nurse him, and grab caffeine for the last leg of our trip. I have never seen cleaner bathrooms. So well-maintained. The chair I’m sitting in is so comfortable, I have plenty of room to manage feeding and burping. The music is at a pleasant volume. The staff is friendly and communicative. The drinks are correct and the bar is absurdly tidy. I am so so impressed. This is the first rest stop we have actually rested at. Thank you baristas!

Well kept inside and out. Restroom. Cleanliness needs a little bit more attention though still better than most. Customer service was good and friendly. Definitely worth stopping at this location if you need a cup. Customer service wasn’t outstanding or anything. In comparison to others at least from the Carolinas for the most part it was great.

This place sucks! I went with my husband and they took my order, didn’t even call my name when my order was ready, after 30 minutes waiting patiently I go to see how much long for my order to be ready, was a guy from the staff making some drink and I approached him to ask and before I said anything he goes “I’m not in the clock, so one of them is going to be with you shortly” I just keep waiting, a girl told me “ your order in the end of the countertop” I go grab my order and they didn’t wrong I asked my husband coffee iced and they just did hot, my cappuccino is all water.. just a bad bad experience! the drive thru works better

have a wonderful story to tell about The service at this location absolutely awesome so my wife and I started by going to breakfast across the street at Taco Bell, where we encountered an absolute horrific situation and ended up with human hair in our food after getting our money back at Taco Bell. We headed across the street to Starbucks, and what a difference Starbucks was clean we were greeted at the door. The manager was absolutely awesome. We shared our experience and what we had just went through with the manager at Starbucks and she agreed that is an awful thing to go through at 8:30 in the morning. She even gave my wife a complementary banana bread. Our breakfast sandwiches came out fast and hot, and our drinks were top-notch. This has to be the best Starbucks that we have been to glad to call Grain Valley our home and will be returning customers to this Starbucks location Thank you to this location for understanding, impeccable customer service, and keeping the place clean if there were 10 stars I would give 10 stars to this location. Everyone was polite in the place was absolutely well-maintained. Very clean very comfortable atmosphere. I can’t say enough good about this location.
