was told today that you can’t get a matcha without ice. i’ve definitely gotten one from here without ice before. if i can’t order it without ice, the option needs to stop being available to order it this way. photo listed below, which shows a cup OVER half full with ice, and sticker showing no ice was ordered.

Horrible drive through service! I have now been twice and the same grip has been there both times. Red hair and acne SHE HAS A HORRIBLE PERSONALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. I thought the first time was just she was having a bad day. I came a week later and she had the same board attitude and rude Demeanor. When I got my drink, there was some red stuff floating in it so I asked for her to fix it and instead of fixing it, they dumped part of it out and put more ice in it, leaving me with not even a full cup. Now that seven brew has opened up, their line was empty. When I went back with her personality it will ruin this location as seven brew people are way kinder and better at their job. She should be retrained about how to talk to customers and how to handle customers, and if she cannot do it, she should not be working the window. It gives a very bad rap for the store. Each time I get my drink it’s almost always full of ice, which is very disappointing as I’ve gone to other Starbucks and not have had this issue.

The staff here are so warm and welcoming! Julian and Quinn in particular – they went out of there way to help us, even offering a free sample of their Christmas brew (which was delicious)! This branch is under new management and is the friendliest Starbucks I’ve been to. Thank you Julian and Quinn for providing a great experience!!

My first “office” for the day, I arrived here at 5:30am and spent nearly three hours writing Yelp reviews and then when my work day began, I was doing a Zoom bridge. Those emails won’t send themselves, you know.
The store was mostly quiet this early other than the clattering and chattering. I had my choice of tables. Power outlet worked fine, wifi worked fine and my light roast coffee worked fine too.

They are quick and drinks and food are good. The cafe employees are nice and seem to enjoy what they are doing. The place was pretty busy at the time I visited.

I ordered a brownie,ice cofee vanillia,hot chocolate. The ice cofee didnt have enough vanillia and tasted like watered down coffee with no vanilla whats so ever. You couldnt tast chocolate in the hot chocolate. It was a major let down im going to have to stick with mcdonalds. There coffees are way better sorry I dont think I will ever come back.

Came in this am for Red cup day. The Store was about 30 min behind because of the crazy # of orders. They did a great job communicating wait times and getting orders out as quickly as possible. Even went above and beyond to offer samples of their sugar cookie to waiting customers. Great service in a busy time!

I ordered a Matcha Lavender Oat milk latte, to be specific, but when i got my order the matcha was NOT mixed in and they had a shot if espresso. When we (my grandmother and i) confronted the man at the window, he replied back with an attitude about how lattes have espresso in them. Was he wrong? No. But upon returning home from my vacation in farmington, i asked multiple workers who confirmed ESPRESSO does NOT go into MATCHA LATTES! Went inside after and they were a bit busy so i wasnt too angry. Remade my drink quickly and the man making drinks on the inside was very polite.

If you’re ever in Farmington and craving some Starbucks, go ahead and get the black coffee sitting at the gas station that’s three days old instead; I promise it will taste much better than the burnt bitter disgusting excuse of a coffee that we got at this location. The man who took our order was wearing a beanie and dark sunglasses, and he was either hungover or high and super out of it, or both. He took our order wrong, made it wrong, was confused when I asked for a simple correction to it, and then when we tasted it, it wasn’t drinkable with how burnt it was. We don’t like to complain, so we just asked for some vanilla added to the lattes to sweeten them up. The same man proceeded to come over and watch us fix our own coffees, and told my friend “you don’t look too happy” and then took off his black tinted glasses to make sure we could see his eyes when he was being rude to my friend. We were still overly nice to him even after this. Upon walking out we heard a woman who waited 30 minutes for her mobile order, and he got that one wrong too! Absolutely TERRIBLE service, and whoever that was that helped us today was really bringing the rest of his team down.

Always a positive, refreshing experience each visit! Each time I visit I go through the drive-thru however, the person at the window no matter who it is, is always friendly and experienced in their job. I have never had any issues with my orders they’ve always been accurate. I would recommend this location to anyone.
