I hate to do this because I love this store and I think Tina is one of the best Starbucks Managers I’ve ever seen. The Barista on bar was super rude to me yesterday. I was about to tip her but I order a Dubai Chocolate Matcha and she handed me a mocha with white foam on top. When I politely stated that it looked different from yesterday, she informed me that it was a Dubai Chocolate Mocha and that’s how it’s made and that’s what I ordered. I said no, I ordered a matcha. She said MOCHA. I said no, MATCHA. I had to point to the sticker that said “matcha” before she was willing to remake my $7+ drink.
I was working from 6am-10:30pm yesterday and I wanted a little treat. She never apologized and then made the sloppiest matcha latte imaginable that was still made incorrectly. There was no chocolate foam. I just left. That kind of service doesn’t get tips from me. I lost my job at Starbucks for crying a little when a customer was reaming me in front of everyone. Now I know it’s not okay to treat customers like that and Tina would not approve. Otherwise, 5 stars.

I always have a great experience at this Starbucks. The team is super friendly and always greets me when I walk in. My drinks are made perfectly every time, and when I ask for extra caramel, they actually give it to me! I really appreciate the great service definitely my favorite Starbucks location! Out of the ten times I order a sweet cream vanilla cold brew with lite vanilla sweet cream this Starbucks gets it correct 3/10 times and maybe I am being generous. This coffee is as sweet as a McDonald’s latte, sometimes this place gets it perfect and most of the time it’s just teenagers slopping stuff together.

This Starbucks is in a great location, if you stay in The pavilion apartments I would recommend it to you.

This location was my go to for years and the staff used to be amazing. Like exceptional really , but now they are consistently rude and short and always mess up the drink order. I have had one bad experience after the next and my coffee never tastes good anymore. I’m surprised this location still has any customers. I won’t be one of them anymore .

Nice place, decently quick. However, they are always out of stuff here. Can never get the same drink twice because one week they will have it, a few days to a week later the app says it’s not sold at this location. Very annoying. Otherwise it’s a perfectly fine location.

I placed a mobile Starbucks order at 9:40 and i arrived at 9:45 but it was still not done and its not a complex order and then 2 other people came in and they got there order done before me and I had to still wait 20 minutes and they had a new employee name Bri and she was so mean and rude to me.

This is the last time I’m coming to this horrible place! Every time I come here these kids are always missing something in the coffee or messing up the coffee I order. This time I did not want to come here but my husband asked to come to this place because it’s “closer”. Once again screwed up drink. I asked for a vente salted caramel and of course the whole thing taste plain and not one salted caramel on the cream or in the brew just taste like plain brew. I will never come to this place again it’s worth a drive to get to a Starbucks where people know and are actually listening to your order.
