Today I stopped at the Starbucks in Sunset Hills instead of in Webster Groves big mistake. I order the same thing usually and the location on Old Orchid is such a delight to see. My order was a small cold brew with extra pumpkin cold foam, when I got my order there was like NO foam so I asked for more. The barista making it said well usually people don’t order extra so she didn’t put it on there. ( I was not rude and my approach was not unkind) Well she said she would just remake the drink I even just asked if you could put the mixed up cold foam in an extra cup that I didn’t need a new drink
She insisted well she made the drink and it was completely wrong. So now I’m on here not drinking my $6 drink and complaining to y’all.
My suggestion is avoid this location and go down to the one on Old Orchard they always make great drinks, are FRIENDLY and never make me regret spending my $$

Been going here for last two years every Thursday. Ordering the same thing. Today we receive our order and all the drinks were barely 3/4 full. This has never happened in the past and when I asked about it stated it has same amount as reg ice does as we always ask for light ice. We all know that when they do reg ice you get hardly any actual product. Disappointed to say the least. Knowing that the margins on these drinks are not worth what they just did to these drinks. At least tell us that in the future or make a public statement, email or signage. I get it Starbucks controlling cost, use your app to communicate your changes and not just disappoint.

Waited in the drive thru at least ten min. Edit 3/2/19…been back several times and not that bad. Went inside today and it looked busy but we got our order fairly quick.

don’t know the girls name since she shut the window since i did not tip at the drive thru.. remember tips are appreciated not mandatory nor should be expected. ridiculous . I am not tipping just for a damn pastry that could be a whole meal elsewhere.

Love this location , the nicest baristas , they always get it right ! Also one of the best Starbucks in the area for working . Literally the only issue I have with this one is that the music is too loud at times that my noise cancelling headphones won’t block the music. But otherwise awesome

Great Starbucks but PLEEEEEEEEASE TURN THE MUSIC DOWN!!!!!!!!!! I love this location but I can’t hear myself think !!! I don’t think the baristas even know because the speakers are around the corner from them but my friends and I had to get up and leave because the music was so loud and it’s like that every time I come in for a mobile order

Nice place. Girl behind counter was friendly place was clean. The main problem with this place is that its hidden from the road. There are no lights or lighted signs. I only spotted it because google told me to turn, otherwise I would have passed it up. Need lighted statbucks sign. Seating for around 20 inside.

Good place and food. However, need to improve their system regarding charging cards because I got double charged. My first payment method didn’t go through and tried a second card, and it showed went through. I didn’t noticed the charge till late night yesterday while checking my emails(I get bank notifications). This morning on my way to work I tried to tell them about it and they said couldn’t do anything about it. Very unprofessional.
