This is the email I sent district leader Jess Macias 02/12. Didn’t get a response :

Good afternoon, I placed a pick up order yesterday at 10:46. I was five minutes away from the store. So when I got there I went through the drive through. At the speaker everything was fine and I was told to pull up to the window by a worker named Otto. (That was the name given to me by another worker). When I came to the window I waited for 3 minutes until she opened the window. She didn’t say anything she just proceeded to hand me my pink drink and danish. When I looked at the drink it looked completely white and separated. Now the only time I had a pink drink separate is due to having it sit for a long time. I drove out the drive through and came in. I spoke to a pleasant man named James who made my drink over the correct way. I did notice a group of drinks (pick up orders) sitting on the counter. And those drinks also looked like the ingredients separated from sitting a while. I expect poor service from McDonald’s not Starbucks. I wanted to let you know first before writing a review on other platforms.

Went to get the Pumpkin spice Frappuccino and my three girls loved their drinks, they said they were delicious and sweet girl at the window gave me a strawberry açaí lemonade with light ice and it was very tasty!!

This tasted nothing like mocha, more like water with blended ice, glad I asked for whipped cream to have some sweet on this drink, just terrible.

This is my 2nd visit inside this location and the customer service was very poor. Today I placed a mobile order but when I arrived, it wasn’t ready so I lingered around for a bit thinking they were working on it. After a few minutes, I didn’t see a drink come up with my name on it but everyone whose order came up while I was waiting had got their items and left. Thinking I may have ordered at the wrong location, I went back to my car to get my phone to double check the location I ordered at and sure enough it was this one. I go back inside and still nothing so I decided to ask one of the staff members. When I asked the young man about my drink he looked irritated at the fact that I said anything to him and instead of him answering me, he called someone to assist me. (This is the same person I encountered on my first visit who had the same demeanor then). Turns out my drink was in fact ready but had been sitting on the counter as if it were for a drive thru customer.

Not one of the employees acknowledged me. Not one of them asked me if I needed help with anything given the fact that I was the only one lingering around at one point in time, just waiting.

*** I know the times they give you in the app is an approximate but supposedly my drink was to be ready around 9:03am but didn’t get it until after9:15am***

Needless to say, I will stick with the locations I am accustomed to where the staff actually acknowledge their customers and engage with them when they notice something is off.

Did a mobile order to save time.

Watched the staff member who was in charge of food hold the ticket and chat with her friends across the counter for a few minutes before starting the food.

When I finally received the coffee and food, I asked for a cup of water since I can’t order that through the app.

20 minutes later still no water. I understand that’s easy to forget, especially if you’re busy. I went to the counter to re-request the water. I was ignored by 3 employees who were sweeping the floor and vacuuming beans from the counter. They both made eye contact but never asked how they could help.

When I finally got someone’s attention, she told me “yeah, he’s busy making drinks.” She then continued vacuuming her beans.

This was 5:30 pm. I get that they’re starting closing tasks, but this customer service was awful.

I finally approached again, saying I had asked for water three times and that I was ignored. No apology. Just excuses – excuses that were lies. I explained that as a former employee, I’m aware that customer service should be placed at a higher priority than what they were offering. The shift lead rolled her eyes and questioned whether getting me water was actually their responsibility.

Get it together, guys. You’re an embarrassment to the other locations where hard-working people are actually doing their jobs.

Drinks were totally fine but the service was not. Went through the drive through and had to restate our order about 5 times, eventually we get to the window (after about 15 min) and they got my boyfriends size of his drink wrong, we did not complain or correct them and just accepted it. Then, we pay (order was 14.11) we gave them $20.11 and the cashier gave us a 5 dollar bill and some change… we corrected him and told him our change should be $6 even and he continued to ask questions because he thought he was right. I finally got involved and explained why the correct change would be $6 even so he finally gave it to us. Not the biggest deal but either learn how to do math or pull up a calculator and don’t second guess your guest who is politely correcting you.

Most of the time the customer service is good but when I went Saturday afternoon I felt rushed off from the drive thru as soon as I got my drink was very confused but I got my drinks and drove off. The drinks weren’t good at all just taste like straight up sugar and and couldn’t taste any of the coffee at all. Wish there was a 7 brew closer to here.

the wait was long, and my order was wrong. I placed my order at the drive thru speaker, when i got to the window she asked me what drink did i order and still gave me the wrong drink. I was not aware of it until i drove a few miles away on my way to work and decided to take a sip. poor service.

I went into this location since the line was long and I had a few complex orders. As always, my service was prompt and pleasurable. I frequently come here and will continue to do so. Inside was very clean, restrooms were being tended to. The music was awesome. I love the vibe.
