I visited this Starbucks location recently with my boyfriend, hoping to sit inside and enjoy our drinks. Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t very comfortable. The manager was occupying the largest table in the store, which limited seating for paying customers.
Additionally, there was a group of young women (who appeared to be former employees or employees off the clock) speaking very loudly to one of the baristas. The conversation felt inappropriate for a public setting and made it difficult for us to relax and enjoy our time inside.
I understand that workplaces can have friendly environments, but as customers, we expect a professional and welcoming atmosphere. I hope management can ensure that seating is prioritized for guests and that conversations remain appropriate and considerate of those dining in. Will not be back honestly.

Just went earlier got a yummy drink! But beware of the worker with the frizzy, curly, blondish hair. Multiple times, I’ve been given attitude, mumbled at, and just overheard her being rude. She once rolled her eyes as she was turning around because of the drink my daughter ordered. Luckily I didn’t see her today, but the lovely lady who took my order made my day!

**Response- I did reach out to the store. And they said that despite me already having returned twice for a screwed up order that I would have to return a third time to get a refund instead of refunding me over the phone. No thank you. Everyone can just hear about what crappy service this location has.

Ashley at the Starbucks in Gravois Bluffs Fenton is AWESOME. She’s VERY nice and friendly. She ALWAYS has a smile and VERY polite. She always knows the exact drink that I always get and has it rung up as soon as she sees me and remembers my name without having to ask me. She is the ONLY one at this location that goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you order. I have NEVER had any issues with her. To be honest she is the ONLY one I want to interact with. I don’t leave a tip because I don’t know if it would only go to her specifically or if it goes into a “shared” tip between everyone. If that’s the case I don’t think that is fair. If Ashley leaves this location I will find another Starbucks and give them my business.

This location always horrible!! Very slow. Always dirty outside. Mats hanging etc. slower than snails. Very poor management. I give 0 stars. Today the expresso down. That should tell you not cleaned and maintained properly! Had to go to 44!

Not your typical Starbucks experience. In a bad way. Slow, tables were dirty and felt very disorganized. Went inside around 8AM, no line to order and it wasn’t crowded but after ordering it was all downhill. It took 14 minutes to get a grande cappuccino and 17 minutes to get the tall Carmel frappachino that I ordered with the cappuccino. No apology for the long wait. If it was a normal day I wouldn’t have been able to wait that long and would have just left. I drive by this location frequently but won’t be back. If you are really craving Starbucks go to the one across the street inside Target.
