Absolutely the worst Starbucks in the world. The wait is always super long. You would think they would Come up with a fit plan to get coffee out faster. Seven brew is Going to put this place out of business soon because people are not going to wait in lines like this. You will literally wait in line for 40 minutes for a coffee easily.

It’s 6:15 am and they say they got a bit of a late start today. You’re supposed to be open at 5am. That’s not late. That’s a catastrophe. There was about five waves of people that pulled off behind me, maybe 20 people who tried to go inside, but the door was locked. Of course, they charged full price for the Order And they don’t have military discount. Then, she had Enough nerve to ask me why I asked her for the manager‘s name lol take a guess. Probably because I sat in your drive-through from 6 AM to 630 when you’re supposed to be open at five. What’s wrong? Did your manager not want to get out this morning because it was too chilly of a walk from his front door to his car? (If there are any typos, it’s because I’m using talk to text because I’m currently Running extremely late for work)

I get bud light vibes when ever I visit this store which is uncalled for in a public establishment. Worst operated Starbucks I’ve ever been too. The head manager with the short red hair crew cut has ruined this store all the good employees have left and transferred! Fire her she has no clue how to manage a store. You wait over 30-60 min in drive thru any time of day. drinks are never made the same employees look like they are lost when you get to window or when coming in store. Please deal with this. Terrible experience! My husband and I ordered our drinks and other people were coming in after us ordering their drinks and getting them before us. I then realized this was happening to a mother and her two daughters that were even there before us. We had already been waiting almost 20 min.
They only got two of their drinks and went up to the counter and let them know. They proceeded to wait about another 5 min or so and decided to walk out. At this time, my husband inquired about our drinks and the manager proceeded to scroll through her computer trying to even find us and tells us there are 4 orders ahead of us! BALONEY!!! We proceed to wait some more, and then my drink was made wrong! It was an iced coffee with a splash of heavy cream. How hard is that? Now we have to wait for another one and it was worse! She filled the cup with ice, hardly any coffee and topped it with milk, then stood there shaking it like it was a mixed drink and completely watered it down! GROSS! We were treated rudely by the manager and no apologies to us or the other family. This was on 9/7/25 in the morning at 8:30am. Hope the new coffee shop coming in arnold has good coffee and service. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere!

The treats we ordered were good, service was good, the store was dirty. Bathrooms were clean, thankfully, but I was surprised at how dirty the main area was.

My Wife loves the coffee. Long lines but they move pretty quick.
March 2025 came in for coffee with the kids before school. Waited 25 mins for 3 coffees. The drive through line cleared out multiple times while we waited. If you are in a hurry don’t go inside.

The staff here is SUPER nice (for 6/25/25). I like to get the Carmel ribbon crunch frappe a lot, and the one I had here was better than the others. I also got the strawberry cake pop, and it was good. It is a little small inside, and it took a but to get my order, but they were busy, so im not complaining. 10/10 recommend

I ordered 2 holiday drinks in drive thru. The cashier was very friendly and made me laugh a few times, I have to give her props considering it was 9 at night. In her own way, she made me feel good about pronouncing a certain drink name, Bruele. Thanks Caroline (sorry if I misspelled your name). Please let her know what a great job she is doing, keep it up girl!!!!
