I got me and my friends drinks today, a Carmel Frappuccino, 2 mocha cookie crumbles, and apple juice and the wait for the drinks was a bit long but everyone was kind and very good service.

Busy location during the morning rush and they seem to get overwhelmed. That being said, the drinks are competently made and, while the wait time during rush is pretty frustrating, the staff is pleasant enough.

Great small place, where I love to grab a quick bite and coffee during my work travels. The sitting area is always clean, well lit and organized. Bathroom could be a bit cleaner, but no big deal. This is the must stop for me every time I leave town! 🙂

slowest starbucks i have ever been to. seems like they only care about the drive through. placed a mobile order and it took almost 30 minutes. they did not even try to start making the drinks until i went inside and then i still had to wait. i would understand if they were short staffed, but there were five employees. it would be faster for me to drive to the other starbucks.

So, i love making my own coffee and so I’ve never been big on coffee shop experiences except when i go with friends here and there, but lately due to pregnancy fatigue, I’ve just started coming in for coffee on my pay weeks cause I’m not drinking as much and i don’t have the energy to make it at home right now. The coffee is much better than i remember it being when i was in high school, though I’ve really enjoyed other drinks over the years.
But i really mostly wanted to give one employee a shout out:
All but once lately I’ve been in the store and Harlow has been working. The positivity and friendliness this employee radiates is exceptional. I have been leaving feeling just that much more cheerful and positive myself. I just wanted to let you guys know that i really appreciate your staff, but especially Harlow.

I typically have good luck at this location, but I purchased a venti iced brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso recently and was very disappointed. The cup was completely full of ice. I got 5 drinks of coffee out of a venti drink.
