This was the first time I’d ever went to a Starbucks. I don’t have much to compare it to, but I didn’t care for the sandwich or the mocha thing. It was also over priced. The lady who took the order was very friendly and enjoyable to be around though.

I came with Pumpkin Spice in mind and left very pleased! When I pulled up to the store, there was a long line backed out onto the main road, making me think I would have a long wait. Happily, that wasn’t the case, as the line moved very quickly. I did see that some people had parked across the street and walked over to go inside to order, which is always an option here when the line is long. But my wait in the drive-thru was actually very short. The person that waited on me at the window was very pleasant and friendly, and my Pumpkin Spice Latte and Pumpkin Muffin were delivered to me quickly. This Starbucks has always been very clean and efficient whenever we’ve been here. Glad Pumpkin Spice season is here, and we’ll be back here soon!

The day after Thanksgiving and the inside of the establishment is closed!! They needed a bigger sign and more than 2 little pieces of paper on the doors in the front. The line was super long and dangerous for the customers who were waiting on the main road. There were a lot of customers going up to the door and being disappointed it was closed. Starbucks lost so much profit that day. After inching up to the drive thru with other cars, 30 or more minutes in line, and they still managed to get my order wrong. I asked for a Café Vanilla, not a Vanilla Bean. Sadness.

I usually don’t do negative reviews. The only Starbucks in this city and it took 45 minutes just to get a coffee. If there’s a line of cars, consider you’re gonna have a serious wait.

Back here again on Sunday, 9/25/22, at noon, as we were on our way to Chicago! Crazy time at NOON. AVOID, if you can!
The whole town shows up for coffee, LOL!
Actually, the friendly, happy bistras were doing the best that they could, albeit running out of product! I think the town needs another Starbuck’s! What a Gold Mine this one is! But, it needs more coordination for efficiency & effectiveness.
I just wanted a tall coffee. All they had was the bitter Pike’s Place. Wouldn’t even offer a pour over of another coffee! So, next thing I did was order a DOPPIO. Big mistake because it was a real long wait! Terrible!
Then, I received the DOPPIO in a plastic tall container only because I asked them to throw in an ice cube or two. That was different. And, by time I received it, the ice was melted! And, it took so long that I thought my order was lost! I was ready to have them credit my account. We needed to get on the highway! Oh well! Won’t go back during that time frame ever again!

I placed a mobile order because I was headed back to Texas. I stopped in and got two waters plus my coffee and the staff were attentive and kind. My macchiato was made perfectly! The store was clean and well stocked.
