Love it here. Everyone is great but this is specifically a Devo review. His attitude is INCREDIBLE. Amazing customer service skills. He is always so happy and upbeat and honestly the place wouldn’t be what it is without him. Please give him a raise or a promotion of some sort. He’s absolutely incredible. Kind, friendly, patient, and extremely polite. 🙂

My app-ordered drinks were ready as soon as I walked through the door. BUT I had to wait on my Snowman cookie! Really? A wait on a cookie that you pull off a shelf? A young lady finally brought a small basket of goods (several items) to the carryout counter and started laying out the familiar Starbucks treat bags and calling names! Suddenly, she stopped and went back up the service aisle. When she came back, she again laid out goods (same basket) and called names—including my Snowman cookie which had required no preparation! I don’t think any customer should have to wait on a snowman cookie. Common sense, please!

I wouldn’t complain if the coffee wasn’t so expensive. But being shorted in TWO of your drinks isn’t cool. As you can see in the picture. This is where they filled it up to and served it that way. Pay $5.50 and get shorted 4 oz. Thanks Starbucks.

This is the second time I’ve visited this Starbucks and had poor service and or they’ve been out of product. I initially wanted to try the strawberry funnel cake Frappuccino. I was told they are out of the strawberry product so I was offered a Carmel ribbon crunch. My husband had tried to order a cold brew venti with extra splash of cream and was told they are out of venti cups so instead of offering a larger size coffee we were offered a smaller choice . We can see bigger cups and asked about them and they said they usually don’t offer that with the cold brew drink . They apologized but it feels like this happens or something is out of stock each time we visit .

I think this may have been the best Starbucks I’ve ever been in. That doesn’t mean it was perfect but no one is. They were so organized. Check out this photo, these were the online orders, arranged in alphabetical order. There was 8 or 9 people behind the counter working diligently. Everyone was smiling and seemed happy to serve us. Place was clean and organized, just wish the bathrooms were open. I think that’s a Starbucks thing though, not just this store. Awesome place. Thanks for the great service
