Always a 5-star experience when I visit this location.
Today I tried the new Caramel Protein Matcha (hot, venti, served in my personal cup). I customized it by reducing the caramel syrup from four pumps to three and choosing sugar-free caramel — and it was made perfectly.
What stands out most to me is the consistent warmth. The staff acknowledge customers with eye contact and genuine smiles, no matter the time of day or how busy it is. That kind of attentiveness matters.
I experience it personally, and I see it extended to everyone who walks through the door.
That consistency is why I gladly return.

I am certainly not happy today. I went inside. There were 6-7 workers this morning. I ordered the turkey bacon cheddar with the egg whites sand. I got a turkey something sand. Didn’t realize it until after I got home. I bought 2 cake pops for my grands and they were melted. The guy put them in the same bag as the heated items which I did not ask to be heated. I’m not really a fan of Starbucks and I won’t be going back to this location.

Well the location is finally open as of today (Sept 30th). It has everything you would expect from the Starbucks. I did notice it has a new blonde roast that I’m looking forward to trying because most of the coffee here is dark and painful. I love the new style of the locations including the ceiling and the plethora of outlets and USB ports for customers to use. It seems like the staff has migrated from other locations as I do recognize some of them so no worries about someone new messing up your drink. This place is in a prime location and I think we’ll do very well in the future

I was in the Drive thru on 1/30/26 at 5:50pm. The car in front of me had a dog in it. The worker leaned out the window to pet the dog and let the dog lick her hand. The same hand that would have been touching my cup next. I drove off after seeing that. I will not return to this location

I have waited a long time before writing this to let the growing pains of being a new business go away so since it’s been a year, it’s time. Restaurant is clean and seating is comfortable. Anytime I go inside the employees are very nice and inviting. I’ve only had my order wrong one time.
Low stars on service due to the drive thru. I have waited numerous times up to 20 minutes. And when you get to the window the employees are just chatting with each other! So I started ordering in the app for pickup. And that leads to my biggest issue with this location! I have arthritis in my feet and ankles and some days are just worse than others so I will order for drive thru pickup instead of in store. The lady who works the drive thru at 5:30am does not like this. Almost every time she acts like she has to check to see if the order is ready (I know it is), she is not friendly about it (obviously bothered), and one time after I got to the window, she opened it and just looked at me like I didn’t just talk to her in the speaker. On mornings that I have time, I just go to another location. I prefer to go out of my way for someone to WANT me to pay over $12 for a coffee everyday and pick it up in the drive thru than to get the attitude after waiting 20 minutes like she doesn’t know there is an order sitting there for me. Corporate should send someone to give some training or find some new, qualified employees that move faster and understand that some people do drive thru pick up for reasons other than just laziness. The other 2 locations serve 10 cars to this locations 1

Love this location. Always clean and welcoming. I mostly use online ordering and have received my order correct and on time 99% of the time. The tall barista with the green hair (I will get her name) is wonderful and makes the best Car Mach. Also it helps me get going with their positivity spread through the cup notes.

I have consistently had positive experiences at this location, with great food and drinks every time. Every staff member I’ve interacted with here has always been so nice and respectful. Today especially, I had a wonderful experience with one of the employees, Mary. She was patient, kind and so helpful. As someone who doesn’t experiment with drinks much, she was quick to offer a recommendation which has easily become my new favorite drink. Her professionalism, positive attitude, and kind personality is something to be recognized.
