I dont normally post negative reviews unless it is warranted. Serivece here is top notch 9 out of 10 times. Howere, waiting for a tall black coffee should be the amount of time it takes to turn around from the register and fill the cup.
I get you’re busy with all the pickup orders but the most important customer is the one right in front of you. My time is no less important than yours or the order ahead app user.

Always a pleasure in person. I’ve been here dozens of times over the last two years and I shy away from pre-ordering. I’ve had multiple occasions where I would order and then stand inside and wait as multiple people would place orders and receive theirs before mine. As if the mobile order system was a back burner thought and people in the store had priority.

Never a bad experience here. Can get crazy busy at times so a little patience is needed but overall a great Starbucks. Amazing staff, very friendly!

I typically go to the O’Fallon Starbuck’s because it’s 50/50 that anyone working knows how to make a venti double shot. Bringing my whole family this morning for convenience and having all our drinks made with 4 shots and then pouring espresso before milk(essentially a latte) makes me remember that if I’m late I should just wait until lunch to go to another Starbuck’s.

I placed a mobile order last week and when I went to go pick it up, the container had a roach!! Absolutely DISGUSTING. I called the store and there was no answer. DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!!

Ashley and Valerie ( sorry if misspelled ) ARE AMAZING. I can be having a bad day and their positive energy always makes my days better. they have amazing customer service. They go above and beyond for me and their customers and you don’t see that often. Always helping me and always being so nice to my daughter.
