It’s my own fault but this Starbucks can’t get simple drinks correct. Unfortunately this is the only Starbucks between me and Springfield while driving out to Quincy. Out of the 13 times I’ve gone they’ve made my drink correct once. I’ve gone in and had them remake it 12 times and the remake is wrong, as well. It really is the worse Starbucks in the metro east of STL. It’s a simple iced blonde vanilla latte add 1 pump of brown sugar. It’s always too bitter or sugary. They’ve forgotten to add vanilla, which is in the drinks name, 3 times as well. If you’re going to Springfield or Edwardsville/Troy I’d suggest passing this one like I do and get from a different Starbucks.

It’s honestly confusing how you can order a drink and it’s different every time. For how expensive Starbucks is, I would expect better. They 100% need more training. No shade to the workers, all the managers fault. Not to mention they higher a bunch of teenagers but when my friend with experience from being a manger at another coffee shop applies they don’t get hired?

I would not consider this store a Starbucks. I regularly spend 50$+ at Starbucks a month. This Starbucks does not make drinks like others. They have served me a brown sugar shaken espresso without flavoring before. They have also served me half full drinks with ice all the way to the top. Would not recommend this branch to anyone.

Placed a mobile order while standing in the coffee shop. First drink was made iced and not hot as per my order. They immediately remade it and my husband said it was good.
However, my drink was loaded with ice and pretty sure it WAS NOT made with blonde roast. This is my go to drink all the time.
Dissappointed.

This is the closest Starbucks to me and has become my go-to! I get the same coffee order everytime , I rarely switch up. My drink is always made just right and that first sip makes my day a little better. The girls are always sweet and friendly in the drive thru.

3 times I have ordered a Venti Caramel Macchiato, Whole Milk, Triple, with extra caramel. I get this order from EVERY Starbucks, this being said, this is the worst coffee 3 TIMES IN A ROW. There is no caramel flavor and if there is any it’s not from any drizzle. Today I had NOTHING but espresso and hot milk foam. Nothing sweet or caramel about this. Just bitter espresso. To top it off one of your employees personally know me prior to this and they made sure to hand me the order and turn before I could say a word of even hello. I see I’m not the only one having coffee issues in the reviews so maybe the staff need retrained on how to make drinks or new staff is needed. Will be taking my business 45 minutes out back to Alton where I can get my coffee correct everytime.

Went through for a simple blonde Americano, I was in the middle of ordering and received a call that I couldn’t not decline due the nature of the call so I was a bit distracted. As I pulled up just before the window signaling the barista at the window for a moment they waited patiently until another car came at which point I pulled up to grab my drink and pay. I appreciate the kindness of the baristas during this moment as I apologized for holding up the line (customer behind me was not happy at all hopefully they didn’t take this out on the baristas) I drove away and got home with a kind note on my cup! Due to the phone call I had received and also due to me having to put my dog down on Monday I was really having a hard week their kindness and patience made a world of difference and have a wonderful coffee to go along with it was just a bonus! Be kind to your baristas they are doing their best as a former one myself this job is not as easy as you’d think. Remember it’s just coffee:)

I ordered ahead and my coffee was ready upon arrival. This is a new Starbucks so everything is nice and new! There was a long wait in the pickup line so it is best to order ahead on the Starbucks app.
