I was just in this store, it was not busy and there were maybe 6 employees. A young man was sitting quietly charging his phone when I assume a manager told him to buy something or leave. I got him a gift card to get a drink on my way out. This is just disheartening, it wasn’t busy, he was silently sitting there hurting nothing, he was carrying a lot so possibly homeless or waiting for the bus and just charging his phone. I am guessing this is a store policy, but it’s crap. Have a heart, it hurts no one to be kind.

Yesterday I dropped my credit card out the window when trying to pay. Door wouldn’t open because I was parked so close to the window The barista immediately ran outside and got under my car to retrieve my card. She was so kind and sweet about it it was obviously so embarrassing and she was so fast she did it before I could even explain to my kids in the car what had happened and have them help me get the card.

I went to this Starbucks and today I was deeply disappointed. The people serving us are terrible. We placed an order and they just put it there as if nothing had happened. Please, I call on management so they can change this kind of behavior. I made a purchase for $74.

A white female, threw my moms order at her, my mom is hispanic, we dont know if she was racially profiled as she had no reason to throw the order at her, i am out of town but will be coming in to find out girls name and calling corporate, my mom is very sweet and timid and this is not ok, if your stressed out u need better training

I wish there was more than just two electrical outlets for my laptop and phone charger. Additionally, the music played one night was so loud that I could hear it over my headphones when my headphones were on nearly full blast. Glad it was the one coffee shop close to me that was open late on a Sunday but don’t know how often I’ll come back due to the loudness of the atmosphere with the loud music.
