Starbucks already has a great reputation for delicious coffee, drinks, food, and baked items served with a smile. This new location is beautifully designed inside. Plenty of natural light. I had a complicated drink order… Actually I thought my request was impossible. I wanted a cold latte, but I wanted to add two packets of raw sugar, which, of course, wouldn’t dissolve easily. The barista (manager) said she could mix the sugar with the shot of coffee first and then add the milk and ice. Pure genius. The drink was delicious.

Every time I go there The drink are so bad the employees are so terrible at there job. The sandwiches that I get all the time they’re always so greasy. The cheese is always burnt in the ham and cheese sandwich and every single time I order a pink drink or a dragon fruit drink it’s so grainy and All of it is all separated in the drink and it looks so disgusting and this is not happened just once this happened more than five times. I’ve asked to get my drink remade and they make it the same every single time. It looks disgusting get better employees also not to mention today I got my drink and there was little bits at the bottom of it. It looks so disgusting. I don’t know what that is at the bottom of my drink

Love the vibes and atmosphere! Sometimes they are really slow even when there is no lines outside and are often out of stuff, but very convenient and overall a decent Starbucks! They staff are also very nice and welcoming!

Giving an associate to give you a coffee with a stopper and Java jacket is like pulling teeth. It’s like they want you to spill in your car as much as possible. Today, the employee did not even put the lid on properly and the coffee spilled all over my car. She saw, said nothing, and shut the window.

I go here almost every morning for my chai frappe and they are always quick and friendly. My drink order has never been messed up. This morning they had a line of cars going to the end of their drive thru and I was still only there a max of 5 minutes while they cleared at least 10 cars before me in no time!

Honesty if your comming here to drink your coffee in peace don’t. One of their mangers is here every Monday talking soo loud you can’t even think, it would be rude if she would just take her head phones off and now she’s practically yelling.

Stopped in this morning, around 6:30, picked up two things of Via instant, and wanted to order a drink to go as well. Staff was working on orders, but no acknowledgment at all. Then, stood at register, no “be with you in a minute,” again, no acknowledgement at all.

After four minutes I just left. A simple “hi” or any sign that you saw there was a person in your store and I’d have gladly waited. Staff was working, I was headed to work, not in a hurry, but my purchase in your store ended up as nonexistent as you make customers.

What can I say? Of course, we all know $7.00 for coffee is as ridiculous as the gas prices or the price for cigarettes. Of course, the price of cigarettes is one of the main reasons I was able to quit in the 1st place. So I figured out how to make my own coffee better than Starbucks, and wow, the money I am saving is sickening! And it paid for the coffee machine. That texted, I only stopped in to see how much the price had changed since 2017 when I left America for a few years. My drink used to cost 4 dollars and some change, but in North Carolina, the management was always giving me free drinks because I always showed up right before closing on my to work for 3rd shift. The best Starbucks experience ever in Fuquay-Varina, NC. More than 20 times in a 6 month period, during normal business hours, the line was always around the building and into the street, so typically, a car in front of me would pay for my order. The management told me this is a common thing among some Starbucks consumers… plus plus

This is the worst Starbucks in the Quad Cities.
I’m very much a regular at several Starbucks locations around this area. All are between good and great except this one. I hate calling out a single employee, but Lindsay is likely the reason for much of my complaints. I almost always order online. I mark it for drive thru pickup and I’ve never had a single issue with any other locations. This one consistently complains about me “arriving too early” to pickup my drive thru order. I don’t think they understand that they can just make the order in the order that the cars arrive. Instead, if I don’t order 5 to 10 minutes before I arrive, they have me pull around to the front of the store and wait, typically until the entire drive thru line is clear, and then they bring my drink.
That, and they (Lindsay specifically) are just rude and mean. That is the opposite experience I have at any other Starbucks in the area. They are friendly, just make the drinks as the cars come through, and give their customer’s a good experience. What I can say is I’m not spending over $7 for a drink that’s not made to the same quality as the other locations and have the barista treat me like an annoyance and be rude to me. By the time I got my drink the last time, I almost just left and said “I’m done with Starbucks all together.” On the other hand, I do enjoy the drinks and experience of going everywhere but here. If anyone with any pull at Starbucks has any ability to look into this employee and remove her from anything having to do directly with a customer, please do. She is a very toxic employee and should not be around the other employees or in a service job in general. The experience I had today is a consistent experience with almost every visit I’ve made there, and I’m just done with this location. Even though it’s only a couple blocks from my house, I’ll take the extra couple mile trip to go to the one near the hospital since the people working there are so much more pleasant to order from.

Staff is extremely rude. One of my drinks had stuff on the outside of the cup and I asked for a napkin and the girl was extremely rude and huffed really loud and then slammed the window as I said thank you. The younger generation working at this shop is by far the most unprofessional individuals I have ever come across. Do better.
