The girl at the window at 11am on January 28th 2026 was not very polite. I asked how she was and she didnt respond at the speaker, not once did she say thank you, she just said pull up, and when I go to grab my cash out of my wallet she closes the window and takes another order. I also work drive thru, so I understand its cold but I hope starbucks let’s their workers bundle up like other companies do. I got the impression she was irritated by me having to get my money out. I told her I work drive thru so I understand its cold. I’ve had much better customer service at Dunkin, and given it myself over at my store, so I was disappointed to not be treated the same way.

Extremely slow service. Waited 25+ minutes for a basic drink while watching mobile orders pile up behind the counter. Staff looked overwhelmed and there was zero sense of urgency. If you’re in a rush, don’t bother—this location clearly can’t handle volume. Overpriced coffee is one thing, but wasting this much time is unacceptable.

Ordered my drink after leaving the grocery store, noticed only 2 cars in the drive through and figured I would pull in. Once getting to the speaker I stated I had a mobile order. Young man on speaker said okay, give me a moment. Then chimes in a rude woman stating with attitude “we got the order two minutes ago, there is 6 drinks in front of yours, we will get to it when we can!”. I said okay. The problem is if you are that stressed out because of 6 orders then maybe the service industry isn’t for you. Having a bad day does not warrant projecting it onto your customers. I’ve been in multiple locations who have been super busy compared to this location and never once have I been so rudely snapped at. I would hope whomever is in charge heard this and reprimanded the woman. So uncalled for.

I went there on 12/17/25 and all the employees were on strike. This is ridiculous I understand they’re frustrated but if you don’t like it, then leave. I’m surprised they aren’t fired yet. They were standing in the drive through screaming with blow horns at 7am and just completely unprofessional. I made a post to Facebook in a group I am in and many people have said this is a normal thing for this location. Disgusting how the management hasn’t fired these people yet.

Ignorant and arrogant manager. I tried ordering a mocha without a plastic lid and was strongly denied because “it’s store policy for safety”. I said I understood the policy, but that policy clearly states “unless the customer requests no lid”. She argued that she’s been there 12 years and that’s always been the policy. Well, she’s been wrong for 12 years.

Standard Practice: All drinks prepared in single-use cups are typically served with lids to prevent burns (for hot drinks) and spills, which also helps mitigate potential liability issues.
Customer Requests: Customers can request their drink without a lid, and baristas are allowed to accommodate this. In-store “for here” mugs or glasses also do not come with a lid.

So I’m really not one to leave bad reviews but this interaction really started my day off bad. I was going through the drive through & right off rip when I mentioned I had an order to pick up, the person at the drive through had an attitude. I proceeded to go to the window, and was given the wrong order. When I spoke up about it, the man, (tall, dark black hair, & tattoos) shouted at me and told me to give the drink back. He snatched the drink out of my hand. He was so mean through the entireeeeee interaction as if any of this was my fault. He later then opened the window, gave me my new drink, and before I could say anything just slammed the window on me lol. Needless to say I won’t come back to this location ever again. I’ve never had any issues here but if you’re working in customer service, PLEASE make sure to have the skillset to be customer-service FRIENDLY.

Awful Experience. I ordered my usual — a grande iced shaken espresso — and what I received was an absolute joke. It was barely even a tall, not close to the usual amount I get. I understand it won’t be filled to the top because they put a grande in a venti cup, but $12 for a coffee including tip and fees (ordered through Door Dash) and it’s barely the size of a tall?!
I’ve ordered this exact drink countless times from other locations, and I know exactly how it’s supposed to look. To get this tiny, overpriced portion is not just disappointing, it’s borderline stealing.
Shame on you, Starbucks. I will NEVER be ordering from this store again. Do better.

Hi, curious why DoorDash would be able to help as they didn’t prepare the coffee, they just delivered it. I did receive a refund from DoorDash, but the root cause of the problem stems from the staff’s carelessness – hence the review. Hopefully, you can take this to your team as a learning experience. This location is the worst everytime I go the customer service is not up to par. The employees are always rude especially if you accidentally do a dine in pick up instead of a drive-through pick up
