I order the same drink every time at different locations and somehow they all taste different and ingredients are wrong. Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino with coconut milk, no whip with chocolate protein cold foam.

Absolutely 10/10 service and quality. Was served by Abby and 2 others but didn’t catch their names (about 6:30pm today). Excellent recommendations, my drink was perfect and the servers were all very kind and friendly!!

Every single time I’ve ever ordered pickup from this store despite telling the associates as soon as I get there to double check they always say the order is in but end up coming back and asking my name again.
This is the 5th time this has happened. I wouldn’t be bothered if I wasn’t in a time crunch. Why do you even have the pickup option if every time I have to wait 30 minutes (including drive time to get there) for one coffee. You guys need a team meeting. I will not be returning.

The staff here is phenomenal—truly some of the kindest and most welcoming people. I’ve never had a single issue, and I’ve even watched them handle difficult, rude customers with so much patience and compassion. Honestly, the staff is about 75% of the reason I stop for Starbucks every morning. Keep it up!!

2. Main complaint is they don’t know how to properly pump syrups. They consistently are pumping the syrups before the pump completely fills with syrup allowing tons of air bubbles into the pump. This results in actual half pumps of flavoring and no matter how many pumps of syrup I order it’s always different. Other locations I dont even have to order extra.

This Starbucks consistently does not know how to make a cappuccino, let alone a dry cappuccino. So frustrating to pay >$5.50 for a small coffee drink and get it made wrong every single time. The staff, incl managers are super rude about fixing the concentration by adding a shot; instead they keep offering to remake it 2-3x, making it too wet every single time. Talk about WASTE of money for the corp! For the most part, I’ve stopped buying my coffee from them. Take a look at the pics – yeah, that’s an extra dry cappuccino on their books . Clearly Starbucks lost the art of making hot coffee drinks right!

Love these people and this place! I always feel so welcomed and happy when I stop by this location. They always go the extra mile to make people feel special and often will remember my order when I pull up. The customer service is excellent, and I’m convinced this is the best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Great job everyone!

Really convenient location with lots of parking. I’ve had great experience with both in store and drive thru. The staff are very friendly and helpful if you need to add customizations or need recommendations. Pictured is the Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Crème Frappuccino which was so amazingly delicious.
