This location is always great! Super fast with the drive thru and very friendly. Sydney and Payton were amazing on our visit! So nice and very helpful. Plus they loved our dog who came through with us!

Terrible service, were forgotten about, 25 minutes later, 2 coffees finally ready. Ordered english muffin with bacon and gouda, received hard microwaved muffin, no gouda and raw bacon, asked for refund. Servers weren’t nice and there were 4 and couldn’t keep, only 4 people in store and 3 people who came in, why is it a problem to keep up? They kept on dropping pans and trays so loudly and made customers jump. My friend had to go through an interrogation for her coffee with mocha. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too.

Most unpleasant Starbucks I’ve been to. No one greets or even acknowledges you when entering, even when not busy. Drive thru is always prioritized. I have waited in the store multiple times past the 10 minute point after ordering. The staff doesn’t even bother to ask what name you’re waiting for. I’ve watched them make orders for people who arrived after me. Always, always, always bad service. if I didn’t have a 45 minute drive to work, I would just go to one in Aurora where I always receive great service.

The coffee was of course overpriced but good. The service though was ridiculously bad. There was 4-5 people working but I only saw 2 do anything. It also took 15 min to get my coffee. I could’ve made 2-3 cups of coffee at home in the same amount of time… Up your game Starbucks!

This Starbucks in Rochelle has some frustrating service issues. I waited about 20 minutes for my coffee, even with no line and while others in the drive-through were served first. It seems only one barista is experienced, while the rest are trainees, which affects the coffee quality. Overall, the service was rude and slow, and the drinks were disappointing. I can only give this location two stars based on my experience.

First time ordering online for an in store pickup. Go inside, grab my coffee, get back to my car, and realize my order is wrong. Go back inside to say something. First girl I talked to was sweet, but not helpful. I’m not sure who came to the counter next, she seemed like possibly a manager? She was clearly annoyed. She told me that what I ordered was sold out. Ok, no big deal, that kinda thing happens. I gave her my drink, she added some cinnamon on top (which was actually part of my original order) then gave it back to me. Alright, it’s whatever. I’m just really disappointed that they were going to let me walk out with my drink, knowing it wasn’t right, without saying anything to me AND still charging me for the extras I ordered, that I never received. I’ll still go back, I just wouldn’t recommend ordering online.
