My favorite Starbucks, and favorite barista’s!! The service here is consistently phenomenal! The baristas are always friendly and go above and beyond. The atmosphere has such a great vibe—perfect for relaxing, having a conversation, or knocking out some work. Always a great experience!

I like the set up of this Starbucks. It is nice and wide open with plenty of seating and a very modern field. There is also a large outdoor seating area to sit on warmer days we were greeted and our order was taken care of promptly and everything was made correctly. Very nice Starbucks.

I always went through drive through in Sept ,Oct they were together on it and good time no lines. However it’s really gone down from there lines are longer and wait time Not only this orders are not correct . I see new people were are the ones that use to be there .I might see one with more newbies .How come Manger is scheduling more new people to be on then ones who been there longer. My order was wrong again today the girl at the window never said sorry and when I asked for a straw she just grapped any straw the smallest one that fell into my drink .I had to go in to get a straw .What was the point of a drive throw if you have to go in any way .I do not see a manager around either just workers running around like they do not know what there doing or how to control a long line .To see a line put the drive way is not good when it doesn’t move like one Sunday I went .There is a Starbucks down the road I go to them .Today I decided to go back to my old Starbucks to see if they had it together .I will say no not at all.I like Starbucks and use to love coming to this one I knew all the workers they were great and friendly. Where did they go .I see one in there now .I know for one thing the manager needs to know how to manage cause that’s one problem right there .I hope they get it together I do not like to see such a great Starbucks go down

I had a really bad experience at this Starbucks this morning. The lady looked irritated the moment I pulled up. She asked me to take the card reader but I couldn’t hear her well. So she snapped at me and said “take the reader! Your car is too far away I can’t hold it for you” and she dropped the reader and then blamed it on me. I would’ve been very understanding however she gave a bunch of attitude which I will not tolerate. I work in customer service and customers should never be treated like this. This lady had to get another lady to do the job for her as she stood back and rolled her eyes. the attitude was very unnecessary and it’s moments like this that can make or break your morning. I will not be returning to this location.

⭐️ Absolutely the Worst Starbucks Experience I’ve Ever Had

I don’t even know where to begin. This was hands down the most disappointing visit to any Starbucks—ever. The service was unbelievably slow, the staff looked irritated just to be there, and no one seemed to have a clue what they were doing. I waited over 20 minutes for a simple drink order, and when it finally came, it was completely wrong… twice.

The place was dirty—tables full of trash, floors sticky, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned all day. No greeting, no apology, no sense of urgency. It felt more like a high school cafeteria than a professional coffee shop.

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but after this visit, I genuinely questioned why I bother. There are too many better options out there. Avoid this location unless you enjoy wasting your time and leaving frustrated.

I was super excited to come to this new location once I heard it was opening. I finally got the chance to today and was very pleased with the employees and their kindness. It definitely passes the café vibe for me with flying colors.

I ordered the iced pumpkin spice latte (I’m addicted to pumpkin ) as a true test, and it was phenomenal! I usually prefer my ice pumpkin drinks from Dunkin, but I’m not going back knowing that taste better here!
