Upon arriving at the window, there was a significantly long wait, with zero cars ahead of me and 5pm on a Wednesday. The workers there were laughing and talking, putting no effort into making the TWO drinks I ordered. It has been eleven minutes for just one drink, and it didn’t taste good (that wasn’t put towards the review) while there is nobody inside the restaurant either.

Food&Service is based on amount tip. The welcoming attitude of Older blonde hair woman at the drive thru, change once I hit the “no tip” button. I’m more appreciative and incline to tip if the attitude is genuine. Her subtle jab at making me wait for my coffee after she had shown me it was clearly ready, and at the window made me smile. I don’t mind tipping and I remember genuinely friendliness but don’t fake it cause I remember that too. I will be glad to not tip…

Submitted a mobile order and came before work. My wrap was done minutes before my drink. They also forgot the lavender cream on my matcha. When I noticed I kindly asked and they whipped up the cold foam and added it to my cup.
If you are going to work/ study this location has plugs at every table touching a wall. There’s only 7-8 tables inside but beautiful seating outside.

This location has consistently exceeded my expectations! Although I haven’t visited inside yet, my experiences as a drive-thru customer have been fantastic. I’m hitting this Starbuck when it’s in a miserable state. The tables are dirty. The music is crazy loud. And the staff ignored me once I got my beverage. (I wanted additional milk, which is only provided by staff now at all locations.) maybe they’re busy. It’s hard to tell. There are a few customers in the shop. There are a few car driving through. It’s weird. And I feel crummy about leaving this review, but absent standing in the line to order again, there’s no way to speak to anyone. Such a shame.
